Possibly the most fun McDonald’s I’ve ever been to – from the cashier who “waved her magic wand” (payment) and conjured a receipt from her “extra mysterious grey box thingy” to the super cheerful food prep window rep who provided service with a smile, this fast-food run may be the most fun I’ve had all week.

Stopped at this location because we had a long drive back home and wanted a little something to eat. I thought since we ordered inside the restaurant we would get faster service but that was not the case. First we used the kiosk but it did not print out our receipt. Then we waited a long time, seeing drive through customers come and go. Finally my order came out but had to wait another 10 minutes for my sisters order. Then after we were on our way home I opened my spicy chicken sandwich. It was cold, dry and chewy, not fresh! Sorry I ever stopped there.

Stopped in for a quick cone. Had to wait minutes in the drive thru for this and it was only one car in front of me.
When I received my cone, the ice cream was situated where if I drove off the ice cream would’ve fallen off. I asked what was eventually found out, Moises< was a manager in training. I asked if this was the way people get served cones and he replied yes. I asked for a new cone and he slammed the door shut. I blew my horn and he walked off- probably thinking that I would just drive off. Well I parked and went in to show the manager the condition of the cone that was presented to me. I spoke to 2 people that did not understand my comments. I asked a few times for the store number, the manger, the owner as I had a complaint with the way I was treated. I was give a new cone, with out any napkins. Finally, the manager came out and told me that MOISES was just a manager in training. ??? Really? ok, so i attempted to get more information to complain and was given a toll free number to call and that was it. NO store number or name of the owner. I will avoid this McDonalds at all costs. No one takes accountability anymore and they allow their employees to disrespect the paying consumer.

Five stars for the manager Vicente and crew at the Thurmont, MD. location! Always willing to go the extra mile to make customers feel appreciated! Absolutely one of the most professional and accommodating McDonalds I’ve been too anywhere in the world!

I stopped for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised that they deliver your order to your table. The service and cleanliness was great. This location is definitely a different type of McDonald’s!

Ordered yogurt and the salad and the staff was really nice smiling telling some jokes the place was really clean the bathroom had two toilets one of them was out of order the design was really modern and the food was really good and as expected the prices as usual are really good as you expect from McDonald’s five stars for me

Ordered a quarter pounder with my points in the app and this is how i received it. both the sandwich and box and box were completely soaked. Honestly disgusting and pissed off over a waste of points just to immediately throw it away. Not to mention this is the SLOWEST mcdonald’s. sometimes after work i’ll stop and grab a SWEET tea and i’ve had to wait 20-30 minutes multiple separate times. they always take forever in drive thru.

I ordered a medium chocolate milkshake and an oreo mcflurry. What I got was two chocolate milks and half of an unmixed mcflurry. I have reason to believe the workers were intoxicated due to how lazy the order was prepared and the prevelance of young fast food workers on drugs. This order was a complete joke, and I’ll be ordering more frequently to find any more deformities to bring to their manager.
