I stopped in a hour before they closed there were around 20 guest and I did get my fill of pizza. It was $9.99 for the buffet and $1.99 for a drink. They were putting out fresh pizza’s the whole time I was there. I did enjoy my meal. They only thing they did not do was wipe the dining room side of the buffet bar the whole time I was there and they did not bus any of the tables there were at least thirty tables with used plates, cups and food. They were plenty of employees they could of done it, all of which were behind the buffet counter just talking. I actually took several napkins cleaned up other customers spilled items from buffet counter myself.

Visited 1/4/24 it wasn’t busy at all. Price is now $7.99 + drink $1.99. No free water, just water bottles for $1.59 or $1.99. We had to wait for some pizzas for 6-8 minutes, which was great! The salad bar ingredients were repetitive. They had two bowls of beets, onions & no cheese or eggs & four options of salad dressing. The chicken noodle soup was old. The brownies were hard. The entire time we were there they never replaced the soup, pasta, or brownies.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but today drew the line for me. Trying to take our little family to lunch & as usual with EVERYWHERE we go to eat I take my own personal water (and have for MANY years!) into the restaurant due to NOT being able to drink city/well water for a health reason, I have. I also do not drink soda/sugary drinks due to a health condition so choosing a different drink wasn’t an option. The female manager was absolutely rude & I tried to explain to her why I needed my own water and her response was “I don’t care” outside drinks are not allowed. I understand why they don’t allow outside food & drinks BUT when you have a HEALTH condition and are denied service for a simple cup of water, very uncaring, disrespectful & discrimination for someones health!

The Manager is very RUDE! I will never go back there! And I guess they all take breaks at the same time as well because all of a sudden all the employees went to the back and we’re not seeing until the door opened, and the bell rang saying somebody come in the door. I would suggest getting a NEW MANAGER! Someone that is people friendly!

The place is absolutely filthy. The staff doesn’t speak English and the food was horrible. The worst $40 ever spent. Stay away from this place at all cost. No one cared to assist with the basic needs like napkins, arcade info. If I were the owner I’d make a surprise visit and they’ll see Eve I’m referring to. Horrible is an understatement

The staff here can barely understand you and the female manager is very rude! Also when I order food to go and spend $50+ dollars they want to charge for a couple sauces also the price seems to change for the sauces and the amount of sauce every time I go in even though its free and unlimited with buffet. I don’t think anyone is going to eat your cheese sticks without some type of sauce and you charge more for the sauce than you do the food when you order to go?! Do right by your to go customers cici’s?!

They turned me and my family away for the $2.99 promo. We signed up when it went live and even though they ended it and Cicis put out a statement on their site that they’d honor it til end of November if we were an early one that got it. When we went here today to redeem, they said, “no, the owner is not allowing any promos”. I know they can yall should read your own policies. They were just flat out rude and turned us away. Terrible service. Never coming back here.

Average place. Good price though. $5.99 for buffet per person. Reasonably priced for selection of pizza and salad bar. My favorite is spinach pizza. Enjoyed deserts selection as well. Cinnamon bun type. Brownie. Good environment for kids. With hand sanitizer and gloves at bar.

Who is C.C. Pazzini? That’s the million dollar question. I love coming south because there are a few places that I don’t have in the Northeast. One of those places is Cicis. Plenty of parking at this location. The inside definitely needs an upgrade or paint job. They have a huge selection of pizzas they keep switching in and out. I have requested a specific pizza before and they have made it. They akk ok do have breadsticks, salads, pasta, etc. This is not five star gourmet pizza. If you’re expecting that, fughetta boutit. If it’s made fresh it is good. It is what it is, cheap buffet pizza. Although the price has gone up with inflation, it’s still a great deal. Mondays are $.99 for kids with the purchase of an adult buffet.

The cheeses flavor was not the best, but $10 for all you can eat was good. The Cinimon dessert need more iceing.
