Hadn’t been in, in a few years. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and caught me up. Everything in my burrito was excellent. Portions were great and while the roll wasn’t perfect, I managed to get through the whole thing without a fork.

It was a Friday night around 8:30pm. They had nothing. Why was this store even opened. We walked in the Lady stopped us an said. ( I just want let you guys know. We are out of chicken and steak ) While cooking steak in a pan. And says to us. ( I am only cooking enough this steak for a door dash order. ) She was rude. So we just left. Wasn’t too busy which was beneficial for us. The only complaint I had was the rice was bland but my friend told me I can ask for a cilantro mix or something at the end. Other than that the bowl was sooo good and portions were generous.

Never in years of ordering from Hot Head have I ever had to complain. Both my little bowls were ice Cold, No chicken, black beans were so under cooked and not drained that my bowl was colored grey. Due to being on white rice. There was absolutely no chicken just full of rice & sour cream. I ordered a queso cheese on it and it had none at all. I ordered a large size of the queso cheese and tortilla chips. I got a small size of the cheese and my chips are completely unedible. They are so stale I wanted to puke.

I go to Hot Head all the time, the brown street store will never get my business again! Worse experience I have ever had at Hot Head. I will now drive 20 minutes out of my way not to go to this hot head!

Ordered online and asked for it toasted got home it wasn’t toasted ave it was cold like cold cold like the burgers weren’t even on to keep the shit warm which is crazy because it was wrapped up and tied up in the bag so it should’ve been plenty warm and I only live 10 minutes away
