I recently visited the Chili’s restaurant in Chico and had a very positive experience. Parking was readily available, and we were seated promptly upon arrival. Our drinks were continuously refilled, ensuring our cups never ran empty. As part of our rewards program, we were able to enjoy unlimited refills on our meals. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff frequently checked on us to ensure our needs were met. The restaurant proved to be very accommodating and welcoming to families with children.

Nashville sauce was ok. The value was decent, nothing overpriced. The booths and table were clean and the atmosphere was bustling but not loud. Probably not coming back for a long time 3/5 stars or 6/10 if you prefer that rating, just barely above average.

I Haven’t been to chilis in a long time, I must say this place is being run right! I got seated right away and the whole staff was super friendly and professional. The server was literally 5 star service. I ordered ice tea and I got a new one placed on the table when I was only 1/2 finished each time. Great job to whoever is running this place

The staff is amazing ! I feel like we traveled back in time to a time when waiters and waitresses where paid well and treated good. The whole atmosphere is a vibe. I dont know how well paid they are but you should pay them more because no where else in chico is the food and vibe this good! Keep up the great work! I am shooketh!

My wife and I came for the fried mozzarella we’ve seen advertised and it was a big let down, zero cheese pull. The flavor was “meh”. Service was excellent and attentive. The chicken strip tenders were ok, the BBQ sauce was a little too sweet for my liking. The Nashville sauce was ok. The value was decent, nothing overpriced. The booths and table were clean and the atmosphere was bustling but not loud. Probably not coming back for a long time 3/5 stars or 6/10 if you prefer that rating, just barely above average.

We ordered two orders of fajitas and a full rack of ribs. The order of ribs was cooked nicely and very juicy but way over salted. The fries were fine but the corn on the cob was just salt lick. The BBQ sauce was just a vehicle for delivering vinegar and more salt. It was the worst. I’d normally give the food just 3 ⭐ but the people I was with loved their fajitas and the queso and chips were awesome as always.
Our server was Jillian and she did an excellent job. She was very friendly and pretty quick with grabbing things.

The take 3 is an outstanding deal. You get a drink (upgrade to margarita for $3.49); chips and salsa, soup, or salad (upgrade to a trio of dips for $3.49), and a burger and fries for $10.99. Good lunch to get full. Great service, attentive wait staff, and good atmosphere.
Will visit again especially with the mighty tasty food at bargain prices. The bartender went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and seemed to provide special treatment. I think he does that for everyone and that is spectacular service.

They have an extensive menu with many deals. We shared the 3 items lunch special…we chose the hamburger
with fries and tortilla soup. Upgraded to a margarita for 3.99. Burger was tasty and the fries were fresh and delicious. The soup had plenty of white chicken meat. My friend had the patron margarita for 6 bucks. Both margaritas were refreshing!
If you sign up on their rewards you get a free appetizer which was bottomless tortilla chips and salsa. Easy to join and well worth it!
We finished lunch with a slice of cheesecake and coffee. Again..plenty of leftovers!
It started getting pretty busy by noon but they are fully staffed and the employees work in tandem with each other! HUNTER waited on us and she was awesome! ROMAN also did a great job. Both delivered great customer service!
They have a full bar and plenty of tvs to watch sports. Fun atmosphere! DEFINITELY be back!

The food was great! Our service was really a 10! The waitress was so attentive and kind! Best experience at Chili’s ever! There was one rude guy who was on a conference call that’s why I gave a 4 star for Atmosphere.
