Service was absolutely awful. We waited a while for food, and despite giving them a benefit of a doubt our food was lukewarm at best. We had also sat for 30 minutes without our drinks, which was water, being refilled. Once we received food, a hair was found in the hash browns. Also had to flag down different servers for service since our original server never checked in with us.

Was in town for an event & haven’t been to an IHOP in years so my family & I decided it sounded really good.
When we first got sat, we were sat a booth that was so broke down u. Could either choose to sit in a hole where it was completely broke down or u could scoot over to where the seat was torn up & lumpy. So we asked if we could move.
After getting our new seat just across from the other… it took our server almost 15-20 mins to even greet us. All we could do was hear her doing was complaining to the kitchen staff that “she just got sat a 3 top (us), a 5 top & a 4 top all back to back so she was super busy!) Yet we barely saw her at any of these 3 tables cuz we were all sat near each other. Then when she finally brought us our drinks she got them wrong. Then another 10-15 mins went by before she ended up having someone else take our order.
Then back to the kitchen… I get playing your music to get thru your day. I have worked in the service/kitchen business for years…but having it so loud that it is louder than the music your playing over the loud speaker in the dining area is a bit much.

Stopped in for dinner around 7 pm. Only 2 other people in dining room. Service was prompt and server was friendly. Food arrived warm and looked amazing. Was delicious and endless pancakes kept coming. Parking was easy right outside the door was a handicap spot. Entry was easy with no steps. Will stop in again when in the area.

The food was hot and good, just not the best. If we are in the are again we would definitely come back. The service was fast, friendly and cheerful.

We like IHOP’s in general but after our last experience probably will never go back. No heat or very little, waitress took our order after waiting a good 15 minutes, waited another 30 minutes then left!Food never came. Waitress never came back to our table to apologize or said anything to us as we walked out.

Wish I could give them a 1 star review.
Samantha M. was rude, very disrespectful and incompetent. My partner was calm and polite and he pointed out that are over easy eggs were undercooked and they were very slimy and looked like they just came out of the shell. Samantha laughed at us, called us liars. Said we were uneducated as she had been there for 17 years with GM experience and said “that is the standard practice for over easy eggs.”
When we try telling her we were concerned about getting sick with salmonella from the eggs and we didn’t feel safe eating it. She got angry and got her manager. The manager was understanding and said we were correct. I am highly contemplating calling the health inspector as I don’t someone to get sick because of food safety issues. I don’t plan on coming back to this restaurant until the cooks are retrain on food safety and have the proper certifications. Along with the wait staff getting training on food safety, proper waiting delicacy, and learning how to be professional along with keeping their attitudes in check when a customer is trying to share their concerns and problems with their food. Especially SAMANTHA M.!

5- stars for Brayzen and Jose! Thank you guys so much, travelled from Salt Lake City , Utah to Iowa for the Game One football bowl game. Received the best of service from these two people specifically! Food was great, sang happy birthday to the football player (our little brother), and it wasn’t busy at all, very personable and comfortable. Brayzen was very patient and kind! He deserves a raise! Thank you iHop!

I had such an awesome server so even though I waited for a good while I still enjoyed my time. Their pancakes really are amazing, a few were a little undercooked but I ate it all the same. The meal options there are also good. I can’t quite remember my exact order but I had eggs, bacon, spam and toast and they were all good. The coffee was basic but I got a lot of creamers and had a whole pitcher to myself so coffee heaven.

It has been some time since I have eaten at an IHOP restaurant. We stopped at the one in Cedar Falls, IA.
The waitress (Amber G.) was extremely friendly, welcoming, and wanted to make our dining experience a good one . The menu had a wide variety of choices, and substitutions were no problem Plus the restroom was clean and fresh smelling. ☺️
We had an enjoyable time, and recommend you try this IHOP soon. Enjoy
