At a time when customer service has slowly declined across the restaurant industry, it truly was a pleasant surprise to be waited on by a bartender/server like Brandon. His energy and attention to detail made the visit enjoyable. The beer and food was good to!

SO – the food was pretty good! I absolutely love the fries here and the chicken was pretty good! The macaroni I got was a little cold by the time it got to me and I didn’t like it that much, but all in all not bad!
What impressed me more though was how fast they got it out. 7 minutes or so during rush hour and they got it out for me – that’s commendable for sure. Definitely more expensive tha most places around here, so I’m not gonna go often – but it’s a treat when I do for sure!

Brandon was absolutely impeccable! He was both our server and bartender, and he went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful. His attention to detail and genuine attentiveness stood out from the start — he anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask. On top of that, his personalized recommendations were spot on, from the drinks to the food. You can tell he really cares about making sure every guest has a great experience. Brandon truly elevated our visit to Chile’s — we’ll definitely be asking for him next time!

Always have a great visit at this Chili’s. The staff are amazing and attentive. Always fast hot and fresh food. You can’t go wrong with free chips and salsa either. We always eat here when we are at the lake. One of the best Chili’s I’ve been to.

UPDATED *Had GREAT SERVICE this time & multiple people making sure that we had EVERYTHING NEEDED QUICKLY! Our waiter was extremely busy & did a GREAT JOB! NEVER ran out of Anything! My husband had the quesidillas and I had the All You Can Eat Soup, Salad, & Chips and Salsa. Maybe Management has changed! WHATEVER it is KEEP IT UP!!! Very Clean Restaurant & EXCELLENT SERVICE! RECOMMEND IF the SERVICE CONTINUES to be this good!
Worst Chili’s I’ve ever been to! I’ve been to Chili’s all over the country and the service at this location was awful! It took forever to get waited on to begin with and then our waiter kept making excuses for his horrible service. We could hear him telling everyone else how sorry he was, thinking that would make up for it, then just being an awful waiter afterwards. Our waiter had dark hair in a ponytail and never brought any refills, we could see him hiding out in the back and when I asked for clean spoons for my soup, he acted like I needed to use the same one and when I told him that you normally get a clean spoon for different soups, he grimaced, rolled his eyes and started to argue with me before stopping and walking off. I didn’t even notice, at first, but everyone in my party was irritated because they couldn’t believe how horrible he was. Anyway, I Recommend going someplace else and definitely not having our waiter.

Went to Chili’s with my family members yesterday.First time I had been there…..Got the ribs with chicken combo.Not impressed.I felt like the ribs were overcooked,the chicken was rubbery. However,the cheesesticks we shared were delicious!As well as the margaritas. And our server “Q” was exceptional!!!! He made the whole experience worthwhile.
