Ordered the new discovery luxe box, which I have had at other locations recently. Burritos was half the normal size and smooshed, chalupa had 3 TINY chunks of chicken, I counted, and was mostly a mouthful of bread and sour cream. My crunchy taco was in several broken pieces and barely had and beef or cheese on it. My husbands Steak burrito had even less steak on it, all in all REALLY disappointed. We went through drive through at about 1:30 – 1:45 pm quite literally if I hadn’t had to be at work I would have gone back for a refund.

On Feb 21 my wife and I went to get food . The employees were cursing about doordashers and my wife. She had to ask a couple times for the drink that came with the order and when she asked about ours after standing there for a while was told she was just going to have to wait quite riudley and when she got it it was missing an item and when she asked about it the girl snatched it and told her she was going to have to give the girl a min and when it was brought back they flung it at her. All this after they took awhile to acknowledge her and others and threw attitude. The whole crew that night needs to be fired. I have never been so offended at the actions of a restaurant crew.

The two ladies working drive thru on 2/18/26 around 9pm are absolutely so sweet. Having people smile at you can change your whole day, idk how yall give out raises but definitely give them one.

We paid just over $60 for our order and it was basically inedible. Included is a picture of our “10 piece” nuggets that were so burnt and hard, even the dog wouldn’t eat them. They forgot my fries completely. They had every single item with wrong sauces or customizations and even wrong meats (my nearly $8 chalupa had that nasty shredded cantina meat on it instead of regular chicken, and no nacho cheese sauce that cost me extra to add. Both chalupa shells were rock hard and impossible to eat. And they shoved it all (including a mexican pizza) into a taco to go box. What did TB customer service do? Give me a $10 coupon for next time that expires in 7 damned days. Shameful. That store manager should have reached out to us.

Do yourself a favor, GO TO ANY TACO BELL, BUT THIS ONE. There was a girl working at the one on Bacons Bridge that was ridiculously rude so me and my husband stopped going there and went all the way over to this one where that same woman is working now literally snapped at my husband because he said hello. he walked in and there were four people at least looking at him, but nobody said a word. I placed an order Through the app and 30 minutes past the time, it said it would be ready. It’s still not done and finally when talking to the manager, we found out the order wasn’t even Being worked on. TACO HELL

TERRIBLE SERVICE , TERRIBLE FOOD. They just threw a handful of broken pieces of shell, cheese and squirted the whole damn ranch sauce all over the taco. No one there wants to be there, and they are ALL RUDE. I am very reasonable and have NEVER left a review but this has happened Every time. I live right beside it and I love Taco Bell, but I will never go back to this one.

My wife and I ordered via drive through on 10/13 around 7:15pm. The Mexican pizza tasted like plastic or something synthetic. The cinnamon twist didn’t have cinnamon on it. Just a warning. You will more than likely be disappointed.

The person taking the order and handing it to you seemed very much like she did not care to help you at all. She had my order wrong acting like it was my fault for her not hearing me when she had no mention of not hearing me. Too much to clearly explain how much I have no desire to interact with that person again. If they want more business, they should have friendly people at the drive through.
