Adriana G unprofessional. Eating during the snow in on dine in, ordered my man and my kid the buffet and 10 pc wings for myself. After making my man’s plate, I took a bite out of one of his pizza slices and Adriana threatened that I could be kicked out for not paying for a buffet for myself. I DIDNT GRAB A PLATE FOR MYSELF I HAD WINGS just wanted a bite of his pizza. I definitely understand their policy, if I wanted pizza I WOULDVE SPENT THE $18 it costs for all of us to eat pizza, INSTEAD I SPENT $30 because I wanted WINGS not to be threatened to be kicked out. The manager was gracious but overall eating atmosphere, customer service, and experience 0 STARS.

I had went with my family a week ago for a fun outing and while we were eating I thought it’d be a good idea to buy a game card so my siblings could go and play the games they had. I pressed the botton to be charged $10 and no less, randomly it charged me $20 for no reason even tho as my siblings as witnesses I pressed the $10 botton & it charged me for the extra one. I was very upset but thought the manager could help or at least do anything but no, instead he laughed at me and said he couldn’t do a thing, the part that infuriated me was how he laughed & smiled while saying he couldn’t do anything without apologizing & walked away while I was just simply asking if he could do anything. The food was okay, the deserts were dry, and above all that don’t ever expect the manager to do anything but walk away while your trying to explain & work out why they’re machines are broken as a paying customer.

I enjoy coming here with my wife. The pizza is hot and fresh. The staff here is amazing! It’s always clean and I enjoy coming here especially for a date with your loved one. If you get hungry after shopping stop by and eat at Cicis you won’t regret it!

Went to cicis on 10/9 with my mom and my toddler and the cashier tried to charge me for my daughter which mind you she’s a toddler, basically runs on air and milk and doesn’t really eat right now and she gave me very bad attitude and told me “well I better NOT catch you feeding her” and then told the other employees and they watched us like hawks to make sure my toddler did not eat. It was a very awkward and aggressively uncomfortable. Food was good but didn’t enjoy it due to the employee.

I was waiting in line to grab a salad and he asked if everything was alright was there anything else we needed. Very attentive thank you Cicis Pizza in DFW!

I really enjoyed this location It was clean, employees were respectful, and it was decorated very nicely for Halloween. Photo op bonus! Not a lot of pizza choices, but it was between lunch and dinner so not busy at all yet.

They got my order wrong, I asked for more sauce, however they gave me more cheese. My son and I got sick from the amount of cheese that they put on, so I called and told them about the situation, and they said in order to get a refund I have to bring the pizzas in. Not in the mood to argue but I will write this review as a notice to the owner, When a customer is literally sick from the food that you made do you need to do something about it and not argue or try to find fault in the customer. Notice the pictures of how much cheese.

They charge for water now. And you only get a bottle. The child game machines are too loud and play sporadically throughout your time there.

We walked in at 8:15 pm and the cashier was NOT friendly at all she seemed bothered and annoyed. We went to get a salad and they were already closing the salad bar you had to ask for the dressing and was given to you in a little cup. There wasn’t a big selection of pizzas so we had to request pizzas they were cleaning and closing off areas around us while we were eating. I’ve been to this location many times and have NEVER experienced this they close at 10 pm not 8:30 or 9. I don’t know if this is something new they’re doing but it is not very welcoming soups were out of their spot and on counter a kid could have spilled it on themselves or touched it and burnt themselves.
