Service was fun with two young guys…
You will have to try this place if you want great pizza off /on Parker Road
Don’t waste the calories on the cheaper, lower quality fast food chains. LuBo’s is well worth everything for what they have to offer. Truly a gem when it comes to finding an authentic local NY pizza joint right in the suburbs of Aurora.
A few pointers and fun finds from our visit this evening:
– I enjoy well done pizza but you don’t need to do it here. I was still happy with how it came out.
– Meatballs are not made with pork
– Chicken Parmesan was made with sliced chicken, not breast, which was a little disappointing but still tasted okay.
– Greek salad here is delicious and the dressing they have does not have anchovies in it
– Affordable prices and the staff is both friendly and professional
Overall, we loved our first dining experience at LuBo’s and will 100% be coming back again. Great job and thank you!
Definitely a nostalgic vibe with the old school murals, sports memorabilia and arcade. The open-faced kitchen with TVs brought me back 15-20 years.
The cleanliness and service was spot-on. They checked on filling up our water 3 times and that didn’t even include them offering free to go cups for water afterwards.
The food came out hot and was tasty.
The breadsticks with hot marinara sauce was a childhood favorite and still delivered wonderful taste to this day.
My wife really enjoyed her chicken parm hero. She was very happy with the amount of chicken and cheese given.
Lastly, it has to be said – the prices here are a bargain for the amount of food you receive.
Overall, it was a great trip back to a familiar place. The name might have changed over the years, but it’s still the same food, service and atmosphere.
So many options to choose from and what I had was all excellent. My only knock would be the wine list isn’t exciting, but expected for a pizza-centric place.
Every dish was made well despite the kitchen being absolutely slammed with tickets on a Sunday night.
The marinara was traditional and hearty.
So much cheese on the chicken parm I could happily feel my arteries clogging.
I would make this place a regular stop for Italian-American dishes.
