I just went to Sonic drive through . 2/22/26
I ordered a foot long chili dog and an American dog payed $9.42
There was many 1 teaspoons of chili on my foot long it wasn’t cooked barely warm. Very disappointed ate it anyway cause I was hungry. The $3.19 American dog had tons of mustard and Ketchup on it and big chunks Onion. Very disappointed with that too. It will be a while if I ever go back to Sonic.

I went to sonics in ardmore Alabama last night and pulled into stall #3 pushed the button when I was ready to order waited 10 minutes and no one help me. So I decided that I would try drive through they was being slow. So I decided to try another stall #17 and again waited about another ten minutes so I pushed the red but a couple of more times and waited a few more minutes. And while thew whole time I was waiting there were several cars coming in and there order was taken. So I got mad and drove of and as I was driving away I hear them asking if they can take my order um sorry to late I was waiting to long and was pissed off.

Not a good bacon, egg and cheese toaster. It was burnt with black little bits in it and it wasn’t pepper. I tired to eat it but couldn’t it wasn’t very good.

Absolutely will not be ordering from here ever again. First they can’t use there doordash system an somehow lost or never received my order even though I could see it went through. Slushies were not the best an the drink I wanted that I described was not the one I got. Smh. I’m not satisfied with this location. They could do better. The only reason they get 2 stars on service is thank to the women who brought it too me. Took way to long to make some slushies.

Went through the drive through 2pm frost were ok burger was dry and overcooked felt more like a bother than a customer oh well guess everyone can have a bad day

Got 3 drinks and just luckily that they are just rt down from my work. Had to take 2 back. The girl that was working was very sweet and redone our drinks. But, almost 6 dollars for a milk shake the size of a small that was a large is a bit too much.
