I leave reviews on occasion, but I had to speak on this. I came in around 10:30 AM on a Monday for a pickup order. It was prepared right on time and I ordered online as well. When I tell you, the customer service is immaculate. Everyone was so welcoming and it made me feel like I should’ve dined in. I’ll update the food quality after, but didn’t wanna forget to post this. Y’all are doing great!

I have NEVER been to a Waffle House that gave star quality like THIS one! I was SHOOK lol. They acknowledged me and my partner with plenty of good mornings and assisted us with kindness. The food was plentiful and delicious. I ordered the fiesta omelette, smothered hashbrowns, and toast. My partner got a sausage, egg, and hashbrown bowl. They don’t even know how much we appreciated their customer service and I’m happy that we came in the morning time (Between 8am – 8:50am). Will return soon

I was in town for business from Texas. I found this Waffle House not too far from the airpot, while waiting for my flight. I was greeted immediately and was instantly asked about my choice of drink. The ladies were professional and prompt in taking and preparing my order. CJ was so attentive and polite making sure that I had everything that I needed. Shamah, the cook, even checked in with me to make sure that my meal was up to par. Omg! The food was awesome, the staff was great and the restaurant was clean! Every business trip that I have in Atlanta, I will make sure that I will be stopping by this location for sure! Hands down the best Waffle House I’ve ever been too! Been to some in Texas, but nothing compares to the quality of this locations food and service!

I came here with my party but the cook said he on break. I offered to tip $100 but the waitress said it don’t matter he still gone be on break for 30 minutes. She told me to go to the other Waffle House on 85. I highly don’t recommend this place. The staff Is rude and disrespectful and don’t want your money

The people employed at this location are rude! Willie, the cook, told me I can go to another location because I asked him to change his gloves after he picked a bottle of ketchup up from off the floor! He was frustrated that only him and Aleasha, the cashier, were the only two employees there & Aleasha who was equally annoyed got frustrated bc she needed help operating the register & constantly kept calling the manager for assistance. She told me I was asking for too much by asking her to cover my food that was sitting there without the lid on it. She insisted that she do the refund for the 2 sandwiches Willie burnt & didn’t make right btw 1st before covering my food. She was cool to the guy who was there before me by offering him a drink for his patience, but when I asked her why she didn’t offer me a drink for my patience, getting cursed out by Willie, and my time (nearly an hour), she had the nerve to tell me bc I worked her. She told me the manager asked her to right my number down so she could call me when she get in later that night to do the refund! This location will never see another dime of my money!
