Like how could this be ok. The food is gross from this place. Everything was cold. The cheese wasn’t even close to melted. This is supposed to be a baconator. The patty is dry and cold. And there’s only 1 patty. What did I pay for! I hope i don’t get sick!

This is the third time I’ve gone after working late, at 7:45 p to have the drive through menu board off and the lights dimmed. When someone comes on the speaker, what ever I order they are “out of”. When I look up the hours online says open to 1 am.

Walked in for lunch on a Friday at 1130am. The young girl at the counter was on her phone and couldn’t be bothered. I had to get her attention to place my order. I then waited for my order. I only ordered chicken tenders. No drink, nothing else. I see a bag on the counter so I assume it’s mine but it’s probably empty because she hasn’t called my name yet. Meanwhile, she’s still on her phone. Several minutes go by so I check the bag myself and see my order in there. She says sorry and goes back to her phone. I also didn’t order to go. I planned on eating in but she never asked. There’s no sauce in the bag. I asked for sauce. I eat my food and try to get a napkin. The dispenser is empty. I go up and ask for a napkin. No response. She ingnores me and continues on her phone. I ask louder and then she gets me a napkin. I’ll never go back here.

The location only seems to have teenagers working who are more focused on yelling at each other, swearing, and arguing about who is supposed to be performing what. They are more focused on discussing how much longer they have left in their shift instead of making food and helping the customers. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Plus I waited 20+ min for them to mess up my order and forget some items completely.

This Wendys has gone so far down hill. Inside it was so disgusting. There was splatters of food on almost every window and surface, the floor was sort of sticky, the freestyle machine was pretty much out of literally everything. One of the screens inside had a blue screen of death (I guess it also gave up all hope there?). It was honestly sad to see. The counters behind the counter itself were also gross and had splatters all over everything. I don’t know what the heck has happened here, but it was like a completely different world. Oh and there was an employee in the back having some sort of meltdown and screaming and cursing. It was honestly the most strange experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s.

By FAR the DIRTIEST Wendy’s I have EVER been in. If we were not limited for time I would’ve turned right back around. The floor was SO sticky, it was like they mopped it with soda. You can see in the pictures the buildup around corners and such. Our sneakers were sticking to the floor. My daughter wanted a baked potato but we were told it would be 45 minutes, so she settled for fries. Food was Wendy’s food beyond that. None of the tables were wiped down when we arrived and my mother cannot sit at a higher bar top table, so one of the workers came and wiped one down for us. Sides of the table were sticky, floors not swept. Young kid came out to “clean” the lobby while we were there, he just pushed in chairs and went back to the back, not one table wiped down, brought a rag out with him but no cleaning solution and left stray ketchup packets and napkins from previous patrons on tables. Bathroom (single toilet in lockable room) had feces all inside the bowl and CLEARLY had not seen a broom for several days at least. Soda machine was also sticky, splashed soda everywhere. Lid and straw area had a red drink spilled on it, straws & lids everywhere, and low on napkins, garbage cans splashed with ketchup and full. If you can go ANYWHERE ELSE, do that. I’ve never been SO surprised at the COMPLETE laziness, and lack of enforcement on cleaning IN MY LIFE. Makes you wonder what the food prep area looks like. Surprised the local people patronize this place.

I ordered online while on break working night shift. When I got there I pulled up to the speaker and after 10 minutes with no one talking, I pulled up to the service window. As I was pulling up someone inside ran away from the window. I waited 5 minutes there with no one acknowledged i was there so I pulled back around to the ordering speaker again. Another car was there at this point. They were there 5 minutes before Someone took their order. I pulled up and eventually someone said they would need a moment. After another 10 minutes I canceled my order.

All the damn workers must have been hired the day before I came in, they didn’t know a whiff of what is going on inside their facility. Took 10 minutes to order because the cashier couldn’t do her job right. I deserve a formal apology from Wendy herself for the horrendous service I experienced this morning.
