Incredible sushi spot with amazing service and seriously fun, creative sushi bites. Everything was super fresh and beautifully prepared. What makes this place stand out is the Sugarfish menu concept you choose a set “path,” trust the chef, and enjoy the ride. Each course flows perfectly and keeps getting better. The unagi was served warm and absolutely incredible, and the toro nigiri was a true highlight. We loved it so much that during our trip we ended up coming back three times. The staff is attentive, explains everything clearly, and makes the whole experience feel effortless. After finishing the menu, you can also reorder any favorites from the regular menu, which is a great touch. The vibe is lively yet intimate a perfect spot for a date night. Highly recommended.

The sushi here is incredible! The sashimi is unbelievably fresh sweet, flavourful delicious. I also tried the unagi nigiri, and it was so tender that it genuinely took me by surprise. I’d absolutely order it again.
I also had the bay scallop and yellowfin cut rolls, and both were good. Even the seaweed stood out for its great texture and taste. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving quality sushi!

Great value for the quality you get. I do wish there were more fish variations, including unique options like squid. My only complaint is that I felt a bit rushed to finish each dish before the next one arrived. Overall, I enjoyed the food and would dine here again.

Great value for money with their “Nozawa Trust Me” lunch menu. Whilst the sushi was fresh, there were no real stand-out items; the New Zealand Sea Bream sushi with citrus salt and the Blue & Dungeness Crab hand roll were perhaps the closest. The sushi rice also disintegrated easily when picking up which was disappointing. Apple / Google Pay not accepted so ensure you have your physical cards or cash to pay with at the end.

Highly recommend the bay scallops handrolls and yellowtail handrolls! Would definitely be back for these two. Also tried the specials for the day, toro sashimi and anago. Both are delicious!

The sushi is so fresh and delicious. The food is just enough to get you full but not uncomfortable. Service is unreal and it’s a no tip restaurant which is hard to understand at first. I’m only here for a few days and want to explore but I also want to eat here every day.

Impressive omakase hides behind this unassuming doorway… walk in for thoughtfully crafted and unique renditions of traditional sushi fare. Fish, rice, seaweed, sauces are all made to order and exceptionally fresh… not expected at this price point or from a restaurant with multiple locations. Normally I am a wasabi/soy fiend but I barely touched it because of the delicate seasonings and house made sauces/glazes. We enjoyed everything on our selection from the “Trust Me” menu, not a single dud. Crispy hand rolls, tasty nigiri, even my iced green tea was a step above. Another pleasant surprise was the waitstaff… everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and to be of assistance. Loved their enthusiasm, knowledge about the menu, sense of humor and how welcome they made us feel. Jordan assisted us and gave us the just the right amount of attention. High marks! We will be back.
