Worker didn’t want to give me the bathroom code until I placed an order at the register. Which would be fine except she didn’t know I had already placed a mobile order and had my friend picking it up for me in the drive through – I ran inside to use the restroom.
She gave me the code after I told her I’d placed a mobile order and the name but also noticed she was keeping an eye on me to see if I went to the counter to pick up- which I did not because my friend had already picked up in the drive through.
I guess the point is, you can’t regulate the bathroom being only for “customers” if you have multiple options for ordering (drive through, mobile, etc.) How obnoxious to be watched like I’m lying when I’m not

I was experiencing a medical emergency while driving and needed immediate access to water in order to take my prescribed heart medication. My mouth was extremely dry, I was experiencing chest pain, and I was having difficulty breathing.

I stopped at a Starbucks location solely to request a glass of water so that I could take my medication. I informed the staff that this was an emergency and that I was experiencing chest pain and needed water to take my heart medication. Despite being clearly advised of the medical emergency, the staff refused to provide a cup of water and stated that I was required to purchase an item first.

Due to worsening chest pain and difficulty breathing, I was forced to return to my car in order to retrieve my card. At that point, my physical condition prevented me from returning inside to make a purchase. I remained in my vehicle struggling to breathe.

A person who parked next to my car noticed my condition and recognized that I was in distress. That individual provided me with water, which allowed me to take my medication and stabilize my condition.

The refusal by Starbucks staff to provide a simple cup of water during a clearly stated medical emergency directly endangered my health and safety. I wish I could give them 0 star.

I love this Starbucks as it’s super close to my house and across the street from my pharmacy CVS. So I’ll go to CVS and then after grab a coffee and vice versa. The ladies there are all so sweet! Sometimes I go in and order but lately I’ve been utilizing the app to get points to get free items! Mobile ordering is great and I always leave a tip whether it’s mobile order or not, they deserve it! The drinks are always top notch and they never get my orders wrong, I love the recommendations they give me on different drinks and food items, they never miss. Love their pastries especially the chocolate crossaint and vanilla bean danish! The seating area is a little small but the atmosphere is still very peaceful. I also love that they open early and take advantage of it!

Ordered a nice coffee but the person who made my mocha didn’t secure the top and so when I picked up my drink the top popped off and slipped from my hand and it exploded ruining my morning. I tried to call and to tell them about this but the phone number was disconnected. I’m not upset just a little disappointed. This was only an issue I wished to convey to employees.

I’m writing this review from my bed where I’ve been sick for the past two days after eating a breakfast sandwich from this location 5435 U.S. Hwy 19, New Port Richey FL 34652 on 01/12/2026 Within hours of eating, I developed severe nausea, vomiting, and stomach cramps that lasted well into the next day.
I’ve been a regular customer for years, but this experience was absolutely terrible. The sandwich tasted slightly off when I ate it, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. Now I wish I had trusted my instincts.
I didn’t get any medical help due to not have a good coverage health insurance. I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about food safety practices at this location. I won’t be returning and strongly caution others to be careful. To be honest I wish there is any way to give them a 0 star

I had a genuinely bad experience at this Starbucks. The place was disorganized, the staff seemed irritated by basic questions, and the service was painfully slow even though it wasn’t busy. My order was wrong, and when I pointed it out, I got attitude instead of help. I asked to speak to the manager and requested her name, but she refused to give it to me and wasn’t wearing a name tag either, which felt unprofessional and evasive. The drink itself tasted rushed and poorly made, which is impressive considering how expensive it was. The seating area was messy and clearly not a priority. This location manages to combine high prices with low effort. I won’t be coming back.

usually have a great experience at this Starbucksmost of the baristas are very friendly and welcoming. However, there is one lady who is always working the drive-through in the mornings, and she is consistently rude. She never smiles, her attitude is aggressive, and it’s not the kind of energy anyone wants to start their day with. Every time she takes my order, it feels uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I really hope management addresses this, because the rest of the team is wonderful

The employees and service was great. When my wife tried to pay the $30 tab with a hundred dollar bill. The guy asked for the marking marker, the manager Tonya came flying out of the back snatched the marker threw it in the garbage and started so called rudely training her employees on our expense. Then said oh just tell the customers if they want to pay with a 100 dollar bill, your change will be in rolled change form LITERALLY. Very rude manager, and what Starbucks didn’t do 100 in cash on Saturday by 230. They need to close if not. Terrible manager.

I normally enjoy visiting Starbucks, but my recent experiences at this location have been very disappointing due to repeated negative interactions with the manager. She has consistently come across as unfriendly and dismissive, which creates an uncomfortable environment for both customers and staff.

I understand that working in customer service can be stressful, but her attitude and behavior are unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on warmth and hospitality. If she no longer finds fulfillment in her role, it may be best for her to consider another position that better suits her.
