We visited recently for our Christmas staff meal and had a fantastic experience. A huge thank you to our server, Sophie, who went above and beyond we couldn’t be more grateful for her service. The food was outstanding the wings were perfectly crunchy and well seasoned, paired with a divine cranberry sauce. The steak melted in my mouth, and the bacon mac n cheese was cheesy perfection. We finished off with delicious, chocolatey profiteroles. Highly recommend!

The food was nice, not amazing. Their BBQ pork rack of ribs was of a good size but the sauce was a little too tangy, not enough sweet or smoky flavour. The fries it came with was cooked to perfection, but the corn could have been improved. It was quite a simply addition to the dish.
We came in late-afternoon and there was no one inside. The mood of the restaurant wasn’t great. The staff were nice, but the service for the food was quite slow.
The parking is a bit of a hassle – as there are two roads that turn into the same area, but one goes to the Premier Inn. It is also situated on a road with regular heavy traffic.

Amazing meals while we were staying at the Premier Inn! I’m still dreaming about that garlic and mozzarella pizzeria.
They were also especially accommodating when I had some notes and work to do and had to kill time for a few hours. Roxanne was especially helpful and bubbly, very kind and understanding!

What a lovely meal we had! We both had chargrilled chicken melt with chips and it was wonderful. We couldn’t fault it. It was tasty, a good temperature and a good portion size. Pudding was equally lovely. The waiter that we had was lovely. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much!

Stopped here unexpectedly and was seated quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was served very quickly. Was disappointed with a drink, ordered hot chocolate and it came mildly warm. Other than this everything else was okay. Didn’t pay much attention to condition of property due to time constraints.

We visited on New Year’s Eve just for a nice easy end to 2024. The food was amazing, but the real star the show was Katie ( I think) our waitress! She was kind, attentive and talkative! She made us feel welcome as soon as we were sat until the minute we left! What a credit to your team she is!

So I’ve been staying here on and off for a week and half so far and will be staying again for work at the hotel.
I’ve had breakfast and evening dinner in the restaurant and I must say some days are great some not so great. Some of the staff are lovely and really make you feel welcome there’s a lady with short brown hair and a lady with long curly dark hair they are amazing and really do the restaurant justice!
The other staff members are not so welcoming especially the lady with curly short dark hair.
I was also a bit baffled as to why the people asked what time food is served until that no one knew for sure.
The food was very hit and miss! And it’s a shame there isn’t a healthier option aswell apart from the 1 salad. Maybe add some more choices also in breakfast not much choice but I must say what I ate was normally very tasty.
