The manager Tyler has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life, I’m a business owner and I put my customers first all the time, no matter what!
I ordered a burrito, the rice portion was the tiniest I’ve ever had, the chicken was also such a small portion that I had to order double chicken and still was a very small scoop, I asked Tyler if I could have a little bit more chicken cause I didn’t think that that was the extra chicken I was paying for and he responded to me with the most ridiculous, girly and stupid tone.
I’m not the only person that has complains about him, other people had mentioned to me about him being the most bitchy and annoying person to deal with and I can tell why.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews because what goes around comes around but as a business owner that deals with all kinds of customers everyday I would never give attitude to my customers, respect and tolerance comes first in customer service.
Food was great as usual, all the other team member were fantastic and very friendly, but Tyler have no idea what customer service is.

Had a weird pick up here today. Sometimes I feel welcomed at this place, but today it was not. I made an uber eat order to pickup here. It’s 1:20ish late lunch time almost nobody is coming but my order was set aside not being processed. I asked the guy he replied normally. When my order is ready, the female cashier who grabs my paper bag and look at me like I owe her something and the guy prep the salsa stares me like I kissed his girlfriend. Why?

I got the kids build your own tacos and they were good, the only down side was that I found the steak spicy but I still finished it. I got the watermelon limeade was really tasty as for the side I got the chips. I tasted a hint of lime or lemon not really sure. But I made the chips yummy. I would definitely come back to this location again.

The o street location is a lot better. I ordered delivery twice in a row from them and my experience was bad. Second time they literally gave me half bowls when I ordered a steak bowl with extra chicken, only got couple pieces of chicken.

I’d give 0 stars except SOME of the staff are actually decent so 1 is fair. Jaydlynn who i assume is a manager has been horrible EVERY time I go in. She has messed up my order, been rude, over charged by adding things I didn’t even order, forgotten to place items in my bag, and gives incredibly small portions. She is an irredeemable employee and truly goes out of her way to ruin people’s day.

We catered a pre-wedding dinner – July 5th, I think, and we picked up around6pm … I think. The young woman who helped get all the catered boxes to our vehicle deserves a raise. I’m so sorry I do not remember her name!!!! She was shorter and younger with longer dark hair. There were a few big guys working, too, and for some reason, they did not carry the heavier boxes out. Boo to them! But she was a rockstar and handled all with a great attitude. There was some spillage, so she got a new box, and we transferred things around.
All the wedding party folks were really happy with the food.

Ordered delivery got someone else’s food and it took a hour and 15 minutes because the restaurant was busy. I understand that but the wrong order ? No stickers on the Togo bag. Ordered chips salsa quac and a burrito bowl. Got someone else’s bowl a bag of chips and that’s it. No quac no salsa. That’s the least the could have done for giving me someone else’s order. I mean I Ordered a chicken bowl with beans salsa corn cheese and lettuce. I got a bowl with barbaccoa queso beans extra sour cream hot salsa and corn. Never will visit or use this location again.

This is all you get for $11. Why so little rice every time? Its the cheapest thing you guys sell. Every single Chipotle in Lincoln is like this. This bowl isn’t even half full. Probably going to start finding other places because Chipotles prices keep going up and the quantity of food keeps going down.
