My wife and I ordered cheese steaks and got chopped ground beef. It wasn’t even seasoned. I also asked for onions and didn’t get that as well. I would love a refund because if I wanted ground beef I would’ve ordered burgers. Very disappointed with the food we received.

Make sure the check expiration dates. I paid $2.75 for a soda that expired 7/28/25 and didn’t know until I open it and it didn’t not fizz or make normal sounds when opening a new bottle. Colored to make date stand out. last time I was there I picked a dessert out of their mini fridge and had white milky stuff sitting on top like they don’t check the product and rotate. Even the worker didn’t know what the white stuff was on top of a banana pudding.

That’s what I overheard a worker say, and it pretty much set the tone for the experience. The place felt downright filthy. I honestly don’t understand how it has so many good reviews. The fryer oil looked old and dirty, grime covered the grill, and the bathrooms—are you kidding me? The entire place is in desperate need of a deep clean and a serious upgrade.
Parking was another issue—at first. There’s actually plenty of parking, but you have to drive around the corner and park sort of behind the building. There is a sign pointing it out, but if you’re not familiar with the area, it’s confusing. The entrance to the lot closest to the building was blocked off, making it look like the lot was closed. We almost left and went somewhere else because of it.
Inside, I counted seven cameras just in the customer area. Why so many? It felt a little excessive and added to the weird vibe.
The wait was frustrating. No one else was there, but the phones were ringing nonstop, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting than making food. I waited about five minutes before I even confirmed my order was being prepared, then another 15 before they started cutting the meat. I saw one burger on the grill, but my sub took forever—especially considering there were three people working.
Now for the upside: the sandwich was really good. Surprisingly good. The mayo, in particular, was excellent—creamy, flavorful, and clearly a step above the usual.
Bottom line: filthy place, slow service, confusing parking—but once you get through all that, the sandwich might just make it worth it. Maybe? Kinda sort of… doubt I’ll be back.

Had cheese steaks and pizza. The cheesesteaks were very meaty and delicious. Pizza was good but not great, with the crust a bit thick. Pricing was very good for amount of food provided. Will come back.
6/16/25 Dropping stars for wrong order. Requested marinara sauce and got something creamy instead.
12/1/25 Do like their subs. The large wasn’t enough for me, sadly
But they did forget to put tomatoes on one of them. So that is two order errors in three orders. Not great. Losing more stars.

I have been ordering from here for years. Their food is always fresh and delicious. I just tried the roast beef and fresh deli turkey for the 1st time. As always, very happy!! Had to share photos. I absolutely recommend Simaron’s any day.

This place has the best cheese steaks in the area, even better than any cheesesteaks that you can get in Philadelphia. They even have an 18″ cheesesteak that would cost you about the same as a 12″ cheesesteak in Philadelphia, and get this, it’s better than Pat’s, Geno’s, Tony Lucs, etc

I was in town for a funeral from Arkansas and I Door Dashed food from here, I got the buffalo chicken fries and the cheese sticks. The delivery was fast, but when I got my food the fries were soggy dripping in grease and my cheese sticks had no cheese in them. I forgot how many it came with maybe 6 cheese sticks, and NONE of them had cheese in it. My family that live in the area wasn’t happy and it wasn’t even their food. After a 14hr drive I was hoping for a good food but it was worse than gas station food.

Absolutely disgusting. These soggy, cold fries went straight into the trash. The slice of cheese placed on top of the fries wasn’t even fully melted. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves- serving such low quality food. The cheese steak was soggy and gross too. Maybe that’s their theme? #neveragain
