I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese, and it came to me completely burnt. The whole thing tastes terrible because of the burnt bagel. Not quite sure how management let’s something like that even leave the store.
Update: I was contacted by management to address the issue and they were kind enough to rectify the situation. I had never had an issue with this store before, so I’m grateful. Based on the excellent customer service and the typically fantastic bagels, I will be back

I love Einstein bagel but this location is extremely slow. We were there on a Sunday morning. There was only one person at the cash and two making sandwiches. Everyone else seem to be just standing around. Will not come to this location again.

Been here several times in the past couple of years but usually go through drive-thru. Great food that you can customize a million different ways, extremely friendly staff. However, it can be super cold in there. If you like eating your breakfast/brunch in a meat locker you will be right at home!

This has to be one of the best experiences I have had at any restaurant in a really long time! It was a wonderful time! from the moment I walked in the door i was greated by Olivia, to Carlie taking my order, to picking up my food from Tre! Every employee has a smile on their face and works well together! You can really tell that the manager at this restaurant is Leading his team with respect and true Leadership! If you are looking for a place to get one great breakfast and some amazing customer service! You really need to stop in and eat at the Brandon Florida Einstein’s bagel!!!! It really was refreshing to witness and a joy

I got myself a everything bagel bacon sausageand cheese. The sausage didn’t taste nothing like sausage. And it took me 3 minutes just to get. Because they were not properly labeled. If you want a bagel sausage egg and cheese you might as well go to Dunkin donuts. They taste a lot better in the bagels and cheeper. This is not a place I will come again.

Excellent customer service, young ladies welcome each person that comes in but please when you take a order and like when I order sausage with my bacon egg and cheese, those who made the order didn’t put it in. I trust that it was done right, coming home and see that it was made wrong. I paid for the sausage. Pay attention!!

Fist time through the drive through and I was greeted by the most cheerful upbeat human. They had a smile and compliments to make this grown women tear up. My favorite response from them was “I rise with the sun.” And they really did. I hope everytime I return I’m greeted with that same service!

I was impressed by Einstein Bros this morning! The service was very friendly; our dog was in the car and they gave her dog bagels and whipped cream. The service was also fast.
You can get a box of bagels from here, which is a really good deal. Most of the bagels are good, but the real star of the show is the cream cheese. They all had good flavor! Overall, would recommend Einstein Bros.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience during our recent visit. The standout was definitely the staff member named CIO, who warmly greeted my wife and me as we entered. It was truly refreshing to feel welcomed! Unfortunately, the other staff members seemed largely unaware of our presence, which was disappointing.
CIO’s helpfulness made us feel right at home, and for that, I’m grateful! We would have given a five-star rating solely based on that exceptional service. However, I have to admit that if CIO is not available on our next visit, we might reconsider returning.
It’s disheartening to witness such a lack of engagement from others in the establishment, as it doesn’t reflect well on the overall experience. Thank you, CIO, for making our visit memorable! Your dedication is appreciated!
