Had a late breakfast on the road and Jaime was GREAT! Friendly and just the right amount of attentive. Too bad we don’t have a Waffle House in Mansfield, Ohio. Or wait staff like her. Food was delicious especially the coffee. Highly recommend!

Stopped in today after my daughter appointment at children’s. We were greeted when we walked in. Sat at a booth everything was very clean! Our waitress was so nice and kept our table clean and drinks full! The food was AMAZING! I wish I had ordered a waffle because my daughter let me try it, and it was Chef’s kiss great experience! Great service!

I am standing here now. We were yelled at by Brandy the moment we walked in. We can hear her talking smack about us, from the register. I can see from the seats, they have two servers sharing the restaurant. She has two tables. She hasn’t began to clean a table for us to sit down in 30 minutes, all while mean mugging us as we literally stand and wait
Now she’s mouthing off to another guy waiting. It’s ridiculous. I would give zero star if I could. My friends are adamant about staying, or I would’ve left the moment we walked in.

It was the worst cheeseburger I’ve ever eaten in my life. The buns were burnt, the ingredients inside were stale and the burger was burnt. It was the first and last time I ate it. I think they deliberately burned the buns because there is no other explanation. I bought 6 burgers and paid 37 dollars. They charge 10% fee to go. This is a robbery. Instead of food, I ate coal. Don’t go here to eat anything.

A fine example of the Waffle House chain. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The prices were very reasonable. The hashbrown bowl was nice. I would recommend adding sausage gravy to it. Would come back here if in the area.
