i ordered through the drive-thru a 3 piece tender combo and i told him “can i get a biscuit as well” and he said “it comes with it” and clearly it’s not here and he also asked if i wanted 2 pies for $3 and i said “no it’s okay just the one” he said alright and i still got two and im pretty sure i got charged the $3 because my total came out to be $17 which is ridiculous because i didn’t even get my biscuit and this was a pregnancy craving and now im upset.

They take about 40 minutes to get your order ready. I ordered a sandwich with 2 wraps, they told me to wait in the handicap parking. I waited for straight 40 minutes. Cars went by and got their order and some waited as well but they got it before I did. I went back and asked for my order they said they’re still making it this is unbelievable.

Took the main employees 15min to acknowledge was the only one in the building. Finally the cashier which was filling orders acknowledge and place order which I had wait again. Young man/cashier was very helpful. But the rest no good. Last time here.

I went through the drive the drive thru at this Popeyes today since I was working in the area. I was in and out quickly. The Classic Spicy Chicken sandwich I ordered was very good. The staff did a fine job. They could have been friendlier, but no complaints here…

A lot of people like popeyes, I used to like Popeyes too back in the days when I was going to Brooklyn. However the Popeyes in Connecticut, did messed up my order and the person’s order that I was with at the time and the biscuits are dry and crispy. Me personally I prefer KFC!

It was my first time visiting this location. It seemed to be a bit rowdy while I was there but I was able to enjoy my meal and a nice conversation with one of the cashiers while she was on break. The chicken was super crispy, the biscuit was also delicious, and the sauces are unique. I’d recommend Popeyes for anyone who loves some after hours southern fried chicken, as the drive through is open until 4 am.

I placed a mobile order for pick up that included 6 piece tenders. When I got home and opened the box, the tenders were dried like they have been out for hours. I was not able to eat any of the tenders and had to throw it away. I am was very disappointed . How can anyone serve that….

I really wish i could give negative stars. As someone who works in fast food it’s really not that difficult to get a order correctly especially when it’s extremely overpriced. I ordered a side of mac and cheese, fries, nuggets, mashed potatoes and a sandwich. I never got the sandwich never got the mac and cheese and instead got 5 sides of mashed potatoes, wings and nuggets. They even got the sauce wrong and i really don’t understand how you can mix up buttermilk ranch with sweet heat sauce. I don’t understand how they possibly got the order so wrong. It’s not a hard job, please do it right next time.

Ordered four classic chicken sandwiches. Arrived home with four sandwiches with burnt rolls, no sauce and no pickles. Totally disappointed, will not be shopping there anytime soon. In future take pride in how you service food to your customers.
