The service and atmosphere here were truly standout — warm, attentive, and very welcoming. The dine-in experience felt thoughtfully designed, with comfy booth seating that made it especially nice for our group. The chips and dip they serve at the start were a great touch, and the kids menu had solid options too.
I ordered the Frida combo, which was nicely presented, but overall, the food didn’t quite pack the flavor punch I was hoping for. Compared to other places I’ve been, it felt a bit underwhelming. That said, the exceptional service and cozy setup made for an enjoyable visit overall.

Wonderful experience. I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed. The ambiance is next level. If you like Mariachi music then come Fridays after 7pm and Sundays from 10-3pm for brunch & Mariachi.

This was my first time at this place. It was nice, clean and the serve was very good. But the food was not that good in my opinion. We had a large party. The food was cold. The soup was salty. The vinegette dressing was not good. I don’t like wasting food, but I didn’t take home what I didn’t eat and that was not much. Me personally would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I’m very sorry!

My family and I came here for Father’s Day. I was seated quickly for my family of 6. I was seated in the corner booth and realized how hot it was I told the manager and he said they did have the ac on but they had the patio windows open. Later on we realized a cup we had been drinking out of was chipped once we ate something citrus and was burning and my daughters lip was cut. The manager comped 1 meal but we had to keep complaining it was hot and it was uncomfortable to eat here. Very disappointed since the place was not full at all. It was not worth the money we paid and our holiday ruined.

The mariachi band makes the atmosphere fun. They go table to table taking song requests. My friend and I came to celebrate our birthdays but they didn’t let us know they charge for a piece of birthday cake. I wish there’s Was Fridas work of art on the walls and my beef quesadillas were so hard, they scratched the roof of my mouth and gums. Drinks however were on point.

My Mom. 94 and her bestie Sis grandson and Me had a great time with endless food possibilities. Alex was our Waiter and he was spot on. Didn’t hesitate to bring foodstuffs Drinks etc. I highly recommend this Restaurant Fridas! We’re definitely going back

First time here. Place was stylish. Our waiter was attentive up to a point then he kind of dismissed us. Once we finished our meal it was like he didn’t care anymore. We stayed and talked while enjoying our drinks. It was pretty obvious our table needed to be cleared but, it took forever for our waiter to do that. Well at least other waiters were helpful. We sat in the patio area which was very cozy. Pleasant atmosphere.
I had the 3 combo enchilada plate. So very tasty . Shrimp tacos were good. The combo appetizer was ok. All in all, food was pretty delicious, atmosphere was nice and friendly, but our waiter could’ve have been a bit more attentive. It’s an expensive restaurant, you want to be treated accordingly.

A friend of ours recommended Fridas in Lakewood after we said we were looking for a good Mexican food restaurant in the area. We arrived around 2 PM and entered. There’s a wall mounted waterfall type wall fixture on the wall outside making for a peaceful entrance to the restaurant.
Here’s a short preview of the restaurant. A solid 5 stars. The place is peaceful but lively in it’s own way. We were greeted by employees on our way in and once seated, our server was awesome. Different servers eventually made their rounds to our table during our roughly 45 minute visit. They were checking to make sure we were good. There were zero issues.
This was an awesome experience, delicious authentic food, an awesome server, excellent servers who waited on us, and a pleasant atmosphere. The food was fresh, delicious and had excellent flavor. I had a carne asada burrito, plus we tried chips and guac, as well as the sopes as an appetizer. Here, they only used refried beans, but they were still flavorful and delicious.
This is a must visit Mexican food restaurant that’s easy to get to. There’s also plenty of parking. This place is highly recommended.
