Don’t go here at night. They must need new management or something but this is multiple times now when we’ve been missing items from our order after going through the drive thru… staff were young and didn’t care. Just standing at the window messing around while we sat there waiting. No meat hardly at all on our tacos and quesarito. Straight up tasted like lettuce and sour cream. Pintos and cheese literally looked like cat food and like it was just scraped straight out the can and dry. Couldn’t even eat it. $55 for what? lol definitely go to north oak location!! Those people know what’s up.

Super bummed. The day shift seems to be just fine but if you go at night be aware that you’ll likely get nearly no meat whatsoever on whatever you get. I order tacos for almost $14 & the 3 tacos I got had gave me at least 1.5cups of lettuce (even though it was supposed to be removed because I have texture challenges). I had had such a terrible day I couldn’t even pull back through the drive thru because it was the final straw for the day tbh. I just didn’t even have the capacity to wait through the line again while feeling so sick physically & frustrated by the temerity the staff has to short change a customer to such a significant degree.
It’s so crappy because this is one of the few quick foods I’ve been able to stomach during my 1st trimester & now there’s no way I can come back at night after two nights in a row have failed so epically that it’s obvious they likely have a manager whose telling them to use the absolute bare minimum as far as ingredients go. I hate when companies do this.
The crunch wraps yesterday had so little on them that most of the crunch wraps yesterday didn’t have meat on it period.
It’s wild to me considering it’s false advertisement to show a picture of one item but consistently give substantially less to this degree.
Please do better.

1. My burrito had a hole in the side when I opened the wrapper and all of my food was falling out when I was biting into it. 2. All of our soft tacos were hard by the time we got home, which is not a far drive and 3 we found a plastic in our nacho cheese. We called the location talked to a manager and he could not care less. This place has gone down hill for sure.

I’m late getting this in, but shout out to the crew that was working when I came thru 1/18 and ordered 1 of everything. I turned 40 that day so shit was extra surreal. I spent like $20, really did order a whole bunch of stuff. . Menu items they had dropped early in the app, I had customizations and substitutions, went all out on being that pita customer hoping they’d let me make it. They did! The lady at the window was just as nice as she could possibly be. Gave me plenty of napkins and a good amount of sauce. I got home and laid out my feast. My order was exactly right, everything was packed really well and was super fresh. Restored the faith. For a TB fan, a good trip with too much food can soothe the soul! It is so appreciated when y’all go the extra mile. There were 0 leftovers, it was delicious. I passed out on my couch in one of those fat/happy food comas, not a bad way to spend my 40th spin around the sun. TY for improving my night! ☺️

I spent $40 on food tonight & even tipped the drive thru person $5 to give me extra mild sauce.
I’ve never received such horrible quality food before from a fast food restaurant IN MY LIFE. Everything is insanely soggy & falling apart. The burritos I asked for no sour cream ( which he confirmed- no sour cream) ARE LOADED with sour cream. On top of being flat, falling apart and COLD. I live less than 5 minutes away from this location so I know it didn’t happen during the car ride.
It wouldn’t be a huge deal to me, but spending $40 and receiving HORRIBLE quality food is unacceptable.
I will call the store tomorrow in hopes that they will make things right. I’ve never complained about a fast food restaurant before, but I literally can’t eat my food because it’s a soggy cold mess.

Brittney P had a terrible attitude tonight. Her ability to accept a fault and correct was 0/10. Her negative attitude started at the speaker but I remained friendly. The wait was already ridiculous but the car in front of me was given the wrong order (mine). Food Safety states: “When a drive-thru order is given to the wrong customer, food safety rules dictate the order cannot be given back to the correct customer and must be discarded or given to a new customer, as it is considered contaminated once it leaves the restaurant’s immediate sight and has been handled by someone else. Restaurants will typically remake the original customer’s order and may allow the incorrect customer to keep the unintended food.
Why the Food Cannot Be Returned to the Correct Customer
Contamination Risk: Once the food has been passed to the wrong customer, it is outside the direct control and sight of the restaurant staff. Any hands that have touched the bag or its contents are now outside the restaurant’s food handling procedures, making the food subject to contamination.
Handling and Inspection: The bag has been handled by a customer, who may have rummaged through it. For safety reasons, this food cannot be served again to another customer.” Why did Brittney and whomever she was being sassy too about my request to have the food remade seem to side with her. I have no idea what happened in the car in front of me for her to turn around and give me the order. I asked her if that was the same bag, which I closely watched, was handed to the previous driver. She said yes and looked at me crazy and started with me attitude because I POLITELY asked her if it can be remade for safety reasons but I shouldn’t have had to ask. I will never know if all they did was rewrap it and hand it back. This was poor service all around. There was no greeting nor a thank you. It’s unsettling. Her poorly executed actions and behavior along with the lack of apology from her or anyone is why I’m documenting my experience.

The staff acts like customers are an inconvenience, rude, no manners, they are almost always out of their most promoted drink Baja blast. Like almost t time. It’s crazy, if you’re craving something don’t come to this one they’ll be out. Like how are you always out of half your drinks and food?

I ordered my food online like always every 2 weeks. Sabrina way above and beyond expectations! She helped me open my car door and got my food in my car. She was absolutely amazing! As far as the other young lady that was working, she was rude and disrespectful. I do not know her name
