Visited on 2/23/26 at 7pm. This location smelled like a restroom the night I went. Like worse than a gas station restroom. Seriously. Really disgusting. Not sure if they had a facilities issue or if it was the homeless person sitting inside. Either way, not a great experience. Food: The rice and beans were way more bland than usual, so either they were prepared wrong or Chipotle has cheapened up the recipe. They also increased their prices. Lower quality, higher prices. Good Lord, Chipotle! What happened!

Efficient and flavorful, Chipotle focuses on fresh ingredients and healthy options. Steak, chicken, carnitas, veggie, bowls, burritos salads or tacos with various drink options. Delicious protein options all, can’t really go wrong. A touch on the pricey side but worth it for what you get. A big meal whether lunch or dinner. And gold rewards programs too.

Actually terrible first off why was my burrito looking like it was wrapped by a 5 year old? And second why was it cold and wet how do you manage to make a burrito not only cold but wet the biggest glop of guac into my first bite are you trying to kill me?secondly I got one burrito from my order and another one from a different order how do you possibly manage that third I actually threw up while typing this review I am horribly disgusted at this whole ordeal considering I love chipotle this was the worst experience I’ve had with them good thing I got a full refund from DoorDash which is rare which shows you guys messed up THAT bad do you understand how hard it is to get a full refund from DoorDash? Disgusting putrid even I will NEVER be coming back.

My favorite Chipotle in the Omaha area. Whether ordering in person or on the app I seem to always get the same portion sizes and I appreciate the consistency. Food good and orders always correct.

I love Chipotle! The service is excellent, and my go-to order is brown rice, black beans, half steak and chicken, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili corn salsa, and guac.

The guy working the proteins station was nice, said it would take 10 minutes to get chicken but then magically grabbed some in the back so not 100% sure what was up with that, but okay. The girl on veggies was really friendly. The girl on register was rude to me, the 2 people I came in with, and the girl on veggies. I had a bowl and a burrito, and the bowl was done first and the girl rang it in and then the girl on veggies told her “chicken queso” and she tossed the marker at her, and said “mark it for when I get to it” and then the veggies girl told her “it’s for her” so the register girl SLAMMED the burrito on top of my bowl. Crumpled the receipt up and tossed it in the bag. Never said anything to me the entire interaction of paying. Got home and my bowl was smushed with sour cream on the bottom of the bowl and coming out the sides. Maybe don’t throw burritos on top of bowls? Only came with my CEO and her mom, but I won’t be back anytime soon with that attitude. All 3 of us had issues while ordering, so it wasn’t just a me thing. Also, the dining room was absolutely filthy and almost all the tables had trash on them, eww.
As I was eating, I found a large chicken bone in my bowl. Glad I didn’t give this bowl to a kid

Usually pretty good when they have their A team and it’s rush hour but there’s a definite drop in service when they are not in rush hours and A team and manager are not present. The most recent time I went, however it was a different team of people and it was not up to par. The gentlemen in front of me was new to chipotle and had three mini burritos so it was taking some extra time. The gentleman helping me with my bowl asked me what I wanted on it before he could even reach for it, which caused me to correct him at least once. When I paid for my food the gentleman in front of me card did not go through, so the cashier had me pay for his food instead of mine while the gentleman walked away. It took about five minutes for him to figure out how to refund me while another employee, I assume an assistants manager, watched over his shoulder e and didn’t move to help him. When I did pay for my food I dined in, and the employees never asked the man who didn’t pay to come back and pay, which is odd. I guess if your card doesn’t scan right away they’ll still give you your food and never charge you for it, which may a plus to some.
On my last two visits, there’s been a man sitting at the large center table with personal items spread out, and while I’m not sure whether he’s purchased food, it does make the dining space feel less welcoming. He stared at customers as they walked in, which made me a little uncomfortable. More concerning, though, is that both times I’ve seen him there, the men’s restroom was locked for the entire time I ate—about 15 to 20 minutes—because he had gone inside and locked the door. Multiple patrons couldn’t use the restroom as a result. I don’t know what Chipotle’s policy is in situations like this, but it feels unfair when paying customers don’t have access to basic facilities because someone is locked in there bathroom.

Food temperature was adequate and food selection looked fresh and pleasing to the eye. The food had a good taste. If you haven’t tried Chipotle I would suggest trying a bowl and a burrito. If you’re a fan of chicken try their honey chicken. The low of my visit was the serving sizes and one of their young staff members didn’t want to be there or talk to customers was having a bad day. Which was very evident all over their face. Not courteous respectful or professional.
