Great fast food with fresh ingredients and FLAVOR! We really didn’t hold back and ordered way too much food. Since it was my first time there, we tried to taste a little bit of everything. Everything tasted great but it was a bit heavy and rich for me. Definitely tasty fast food. The staff was so extremely kind and helpful. Would recommend this place over most fast food restaurants.

First time at Shake Shack.
So far, the milk shakes are great. My son likes his chicken tenders. The service was friendly.
The downside was the efficiency. Chick-fil-A has them beat here. You order yourself at a kiosk, just to realize, they don’t take gift cards at the kiosk, so you have to go straight to the counter and get someone to take your order.
Overall, better than a Wendy’s or McDonald’s.
And a nice atmosphere for a fast food/QSR.

Always delicious food here and good friendly service. Low wait times and nice to sit inside or outside. Onion rings and shakes are especially delicious! Parking in surface lots can be a challenge so use parking garage.

I used to only go here for frozen custard, but someone was recently singing their burger praises so I tried their burgers… delicious! Smoke Burger, Shack Burger, Big Shack, Chicken Shack all really good, but the Smoke Burger is my favorite. The Big Shack does taste a lot a Big Mac. The onion rings were good, but I only got four regular size onion rings and one the size of a quarter. Way too expensive for five onion slices. The fries were tasty, but also too expensive for what you get. The cheese sauce for the fries had an odd taste… can’t recommend. I got a Black & White milkshake, but whoever made it didn’t know what they were doing. It tasted more like chocolate overload. But the manager said she’ll replace it. They had plenty of holiday specials so I got lots of free burgers in Dec. So for future orders I’ll be sticking with burgers and frozen custard.

It was my first time trying it and 10/10 it was really yummy. I ordered the chicken, bacon ,Avocado ,cheese fries and banana pudding shake. The chicken was so fresh white meat. The cheese fries have a nice cheese sauce taste. The banana pudding shake nice and sweet.

Burgers are very good (only thing really worth buying for their prices), drinks are basic and fries not so good unless you cover them with cheese or something to help the blandness.
Service is generally slow UNLESS you come in an hour before they close. Then they’re at the top on their game.

This place reminds of visiting the original in NYC. Flat top hot dog loaded with mustard. This is a fabulous grilled dog! Pairs well with a cab wine And for dessert a campfire s’mores shake! Great service by ADRIAN for my dine in experience.

Very good service with a smile, staff efficient. It was one of the best take out burgers I had in a long time. They nailed the cook on the burger perfectly. Good crisp on the outside while still having juice and flavor on inside. Not completely demolished and flattened. They switched my order with another customer but fixed it quickly and without any issues.
Will come back to try more of the menu next time in Tampa. Should have higher reviews.

I ordered a Cookies and cream milkshake, a chai vanilla tea milkshake, chicken bites, avocado burger & a shake shack burger. It was delicious and the customer service was pretty decent. The order was ready in a few minutes. It’s my second time eating here. I’m from another city so it’s a good treat
