The chicken is so small not worth the money u pay for. You would think it got better with the remodel but no its worse. Nobody greets the customers especially if its Anthony, all the boys stay hanging in the back. Unless its the female Mgr or the other female Pat on line the rest of the staff does nothing!! Place order and it took almost 5 mins and constant yelling of Hellos to the back of the store b4 anybody came up front. Get rid of those guys and hire better staff, you will continue to lose customers because they play too much in there.

I stopped in there I believe it was Friday or Saturday in the afternoon and the only reason I say that is I’m hoping the manager that was working gets the credit he deserves. There was a little bit of a rush right at the same time we went in, the food was a perfect the service was perfect and quick they did such an outstanding job. If you notice Wendy’s Burger King all these other restaurants are going out of business and it comes down to one thing bad service. I can’t even go to Popeye’s Chicken on 192 unless it is exactly at lunch time when the fresh chicken is cooked other than that it’s crappy the rest of the day the service is terrible and they actually have an attitude if you say something about it

Me and my family got food poisoning and now they’re telling us to bring in paperwork for an investigation for their insurance, but they won’t do nothing on our end only because it’s KFC policy it’s only refund half of what we brought, but we ate the other half, not knowing it was old thinking it would be fresh and we all got food poisoning Be careful when you eat here. Nobody answers the phone. I got oily skin for my 3 piece Crispy chicken. So oily it fell off and broke through the box. It’s great if you pick up up but delivery is different. Don’t order delivery.

So haven’t had KFC in quite a few years, ordered delivery yesterday and honestly didn’t feel like we were missing out. Used to love that unique taste of their mashed potatoes and gravy but it seemed different. Noticed the sides portions went down from the old Styrofoam containers. We ordered a 6 piece and half the pieces had no breading, the ones that had breading were burnt and our 6th piece was kind of an unidentifiable piece. Unfortunately biscuits seemed way dryer than we ever remember. Mac and cheese was good. Corn was good. We gave it a try, honestly thought it was way better years ago. Could have just caught the restaurant on an off day. Maybe in a few years we’ll try it again.

If you ever decide to order from this place as a dine in, drive through, or even on a delivery service do NOT bother. They pack the food without regard, they will give you under fried chicken, and they will lie to you about specials so that they don’t have to cook anything for it. I’ve given this place like 5 chances to be good. Avoid at all costs.

I wanted my chicken fried for an extra 1-2 minutes because I wanted it well cooked. Sometimes I get what I ask for other times they tell me it was done when it was not. Update: this business changed the look of their space. They finally renovated their space. It is about time. Congratulations to them.
