I requested a table though wanted food in a to go box due to the possible need to have to leave quickly for a dispatch while working. The hostess took our order at the to go counter and said “ we should be able to get a table”. After waiting for sometime she offered a table and we declined as we decided to take our food back to the office to eat. We should have been seated in the order of arrival. And we were not. I ordered well done burger (pic below of well done burger). My partner ordered a medium well burger. The food was cold and the burgers were rare. Very disappointing as my experience at this restaurant on Thanksgiving day was very good. I will not return to this restaurant again.

Friday night with a light rain, a place was not too terribly busy. I ordered the Fish-n-chips platter. The food came out at a timely manner and tasted hot and fresh. The service at the bar was spot on and friendly. Definitely coming back especially for the fish.

Came on SuperBowl Sunday as I have been for more than 5 years and always was able to sit near the large screen in the back without issue. This year, they said that area was reserved and wouldn’t let me sit back there with my group. I asked about this “reservation” system on Super Bowl Sunday but the manager would not give details. Ended up sitting elsewhere. After first quarter of game those tables I wanted were vacant, pissed me off. That manager lied to me and pissed off a customer that has been coming there for years. The food isn’t that great to begin with and they pull this kind of crap? Bad management, mid food, I’m going elsewhere next SuperBowl.

The Cobb salad is the most delicious salad I have had in a long time. Beautifully presented, generous portions, just fantastic! The cornbread is perfect. The mozzarella sticks are just right- not hard but not runny. Lightly done, very tasty. Try the flavored lemonade too!

Hope the management here and at corporate reads this feedback: you guys have lost your way as being the go-to spot for sports fans.

Currently sitting in the Eldersburg, MD location on a Sunday, 1:34 pm, Week 18 of the NFL. I come here for 3.5 hours because my favorite teams are not local, and Glory Days is one of the few options to see out of market games. But…

None of the games playing have audio, just the video. There’s not even captions on the TVs so the fan can understand what’s going on. There is low soft rock playing in the background. Most of the employees (yes, they are polite and courteous) seem to have no idea that a sport (in this case football) exists, let alone have any interest in the event….this shows up in how they interact with the customers.

Result: you get NONE of the high energy vibe you’re looking for at a sports event. This is cool for someone who maybe wants to dine in a sports-like, yet low-key ambiance, but is terrible for an actual sports fan.

Glory Days used to have little boxes at the table where you could tune in to your particular game….that’s now gone. Later, they had an app that was terrible, battery draining, and unreliable. Apparently that’s gone too, as no one mentions it here. Now, you just watch a mid-sized screen with no sound.

In the 3.5 hours for a football game, i can easily spend $100-150…if I’m having a good experience. If I brought friends (which I used to do)…that’s potentially thousands in revenue over the course of a season for the chain.

But the current experience is so draining, low key and disconnected, I’d rather just spend $450 a season and stay at home with YouTube, which currently offers a much better experience. That’s exactly what I did this season. I came here today just for a change of pace and comparison…I won’t be back.

Glory Days, please do better, and win one for the Sports Fan.

Come on now. I order pick up and the Mac and cheese was burnt from the microwave. The plastic container it was in was warped and burnt. Y’all really put that in the bag? And it was right on top so I know someone saw it. And the wings are pitiful! Barely tossed in the sauce. One side has huge burn grill marks and the other side barely looks like it touched heat. Need better quality control.

Edit: I’d love to take you up on your offer but you left no way to get in contact with you.

Whoever the bartender was today in the early shift (during the Ravens game around 1) was the worst bartender I’ve had in a long time. Couldn’t even fake that he wanted to be there, service was below par, and just all around unpleasant. I don’t typically write a review at a restaurant for a negative experience, but this was the worst bartender I’ve had at this location (and I’ve gone here since they opened).

Very bland experience. Take out was quick and efficient. Crab dip was runny, tastless and had onion which was otherwise no where stated on the menu.
Burger was cooked unevenly. Ends were almost well while middle was medium rare and otherwise just a bland burger with an overly sweet glaze on the bacon. For the money to me personally not worth it.

I had a meal at the bar tonight. Not only was the food good but the service was quite friendly. The drinks were mixed well and the bartender was attentive. 30 TVs all around and a bar that can fit up to 25 to 30 people. It’s worth the trip.

The food was good, but I was a little disappointed in my grilled cheese with pulled pork. Parts of the meat were a little dried out, like it had been sitting in a warming tray for a while. We did get there late in the evening, so that could be the reason. The rest of the food was tasty and our server was attentive. I would go back and give it another try!
