This chipotle cheaps out on you, they provide barely any meat or rice (basically a half scoop of meat), my bowl felt very light compared to other chipotles ive been to. One of the ladies that worked there gave a remark to another lady that was handling my food “did they ask for extra?” And proceeded to glare at the lady that was handling my food which instantly provoked her to remove a portion of what she was adding to my order. Well, it finally happened to me. Please people, STOP visiting this location.
Visited this location for lunch today, and all the reviews are true. This is THE skimpiest, stingiest Chipotle I’ve ever seen.
At all the Chipotles I go to, even as recently as this week Monday, they will fill the bottom of the bowl with rice, and get two level scoops of beans, two “grabs” of fajita veggies, two level scoops of meat of my choice, two scoops of salsa, a typical handful of cheese and lettuce.
Not this Chipotle on Army Trail Rd.
For $11, I got one scoop of rice, one scoop of beans, one skimpy scoop of chicken, the flattest spoon of Pico, a couple fingers of cheese, and maybe a tablespoon of sour cream.
For ELEVEN DOLLARS.
To the corporate hack who will eventually reply “contact us so we can help you out!”
Here’s how you can help. Discipline your franchisees to return to giving regular sized portions and stop being greedy.
To future customers: DO NOT GO HERE. Only by withholding our dollars will they listen and maybe change.

First: the portion size was flat-out unacceptable. I paid full price and got a bowl that looked like someone was rationing ingredients. It wasn’t “a little light”, it was noticeably short on core items, like they were trying to stretch inventory. And before anyone says “just ask for more,” I did. Even then, it felt like pulling teeth just to get what should be a regular, normal portion. If you’re going to charge Chipotle prices, then serve Chipotle portions and not a half-portion that leaves people still hungry.

Second: the cleanliness was bad. The place looked dirty and neglected, like no one was staying on top of the dining room or the service area. When a restaurant can’t keep the store looking clean, it immediately raises questions about what’s happening behind the counter. It’s not complicated: wipe things down, keep it tidy, and run the store like you actually care.

Overall, it felt like this store is operating with a “do the minimum” mindset, minimum portions, minimum effort, minimum pride. That’s not what customers are paying for. If you want people to come back, stop cheaping out, stop letting the store look gross, and start delivering the standard experience that every other decent Chipotle manages to provide.

Until then, I’d strongly recommend going to another location. This one doesn’t deserve your money right now.

Ordered for pick up. For $15 including tip this is horrible. I don’t know who’s in control of these portion sizes but they should be fired. Definitely find another chipotle. Pick up order and they also didn’t even include a fork in the bag. Don’t waste your money at this location unless you want to be underwhelmed and still hungry.

I walked in during lunch. There is nobody in line at all. It was only me, and the whole interaction started 100% rude.

I asked for two bowls, and as we were going through the bowls, I was asking for different ingredients, but I was met with a bunch of attitude and didn’t get what I wanted.

Instead of the girl at the counter, telling me that they didn’t have it, she would just give me a blank stare and not say a word. I would then proceed have to ask her if she had said ingredient. Some ingredients weren’t available in the front, and she had to go get those. But I had such a frustrating experience, that after she forgot about those ingredients, I just decided to leave. I would never come back here, I thought I’d give chipotle another chance and well, that didn’t work out.

If I could give a 0 I would.

Dude. This is the third time ive ordered a burrito from here and they gave me a half ass burrito if your thinking about doing DoorDash or mobile orders and expecting to get your moneys worth, your wrong. Youll only get what you pay for if you go in person. Trust me. I’m NEVER ordering online again. I have a feeling this Is also cuz I have a girls name. Soo.. If your feeling lazy and wanna risk an online order, ur better off using a mans name. Goodluck.

Just ordered a steak quesadilla for pick up and realized there is ABSOLUTELY NO STEAK in this quesadilla. I also ordered a small queso and it was only half filled. This is just absolutely unacceptable, especially since I paid extra for meat.

Update: I submitted a claim the same day of this incident through the app. A week has gone by and never heard back from customer service, or management at this location.

I honestly have never had a good experience at this chipotle and I can say I’m officially done ordering from this chipotle through delivery. Either my bowls come to me almost empty or my burrito is the nasties looking glob you’ll see when you unwrap it, everyone should just boycott this chipotle and stop giving them revenue until they listen to us

Staff greet customers well and serve with a smile. Veggie burrito with black beans was good with plenty of spicy red sauce but was overloaded and had too much stuff it so it was not wrapped properly. Nevertheless, it was well made but I will get the burrito bowl next time to alleviate this issue.

They put 2 bowls and a burrito in one bag. The bag got wet and ripped before I even made it back home with it which resulted in everything falling out of it and one of the bowls spilled on the road. Down bad packaging. Give more bags next time.
