On a recent lunch with friends, the restaurant’s inviting setting and attentive service set an easy, convivial tone from the outset.
The menu performs exactly as one hopes for midday dining: fresh, flavorful, and consistently well executed. As with other locations, the lunch offerings shine, providing satisfying yet unfussy dishes well suited to a casual coastal afternoon.
If there is a drawback, it lies in the seating layout. The space feels notably tight, particularly during peak hours, which can make the bustling dining room feel compressed. Still, the lively energy contributes to its charm, and the addition of live music is a welcome touch that enhances the island-inspired ambiance.

This is our favorite place to have lunch at Coconut Point! Even if you don’t have shopping to do, it’s worth stopping by Marlin Bar. The food and drinks are always fabulous (Mahi tacos & Mai Tai’s are our favs). Service is always friendly too. A perfect place to relax and have a great time.

Arrived late after a short trip to the beach and Mann! This was the perfect stop for a drink and with a perfect sized meal. The outdoor dining area was full however it was not difficult to get around. The live music was great and the team was very friendly especially the manager Marielle. Would definitely come back!

Very consistent and good quality a simple menu with fresh ingredients. The drinks are flavorful. The staff is courteous and kind great live music and apparently the staff gets a discount on the bartender for their number so I could get a 25.% discount on my polos lol. I got the ahi tuna poke bowl. I felt like I was in Hawaii. Even though Jimmy Buffett has Margaritaville changes in latitude changes in attitude applies here .

I’ve been to the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar several times now, and I’m impressed every single visit! The service is always friendly and attentive – the team really makes you feel welcome. The drink selection is fantastic, and the cocktails are perfectly mixed. The food is also top-notch: fresh, delicious, and always prepared to perfection. Something about sitting at the bar here! You get relaxed immediately, even the other guests are chill. We love the Buffalo Cauliflower , the Ahi Tuna Bowl, the Blackened Shrimp dish and the Duo of Dips w Chips. We actually love it all. The Baja Margarita is the best!!! Kyle, Luke , Lydia, Nicole, Andrew and Sandy are expert bartenders, they are one of the main reasons for the chill atmosphere. Iwe live stopping in. Entertainment is always great!
