They ignore counter people many times. Recently there was two times for me.One I waited twenty three minutes to order, another fifteen minutes for a small cup of coffee and a cheeseburger. The second time I waited eighteen minutes to order two small coffees and thirteen minutes to get them not real hot and with coffee grounds. If i’m gonna have a coffee bean in my coffee.I would prefer to be a frappuccino with caramel, swirls and a entire bean poked into the top of the whipped cream not as grounds floating around my cup. The ice creams are not up to mcdonald’s training.And the expectation of uniformity. But the most upsetting for me was the person who identified herself as the manager.And wouldn’t ask if she was a shift manager or store manager.She said store manager which is funny.Because I just met the store manager, and it was a male. She had a drink on the sideboard for food was being made and would set it down without washing hands.Start in on food package it up.Hand it out again without washing hands.Start up again and today there were two drinks on the sideboard.Where food was being made and packaged. The first photo shows today, whether there were two drinks, and what looks like a bag of chips partially eaten. Pictures 2,3 & 4 were all the woman who self identified as the manager while drinking online as she was packaging and delivering food. She took my money, put it in the cash.Register made change and then proceeded to empty a fry.Basket refill it with frozen fries where she gave a short jiggle with her fingertips unwashed, and then dropped in the fire, which presumably would take care of all germs.Then, added the salt and started bagging up small, medium and large fries. This is absolutely unacceptable.

This location has gotten better but they still will miss things on orders…
I will order unsweetened tea, without ice as a drink, Im not used to the flavor yet, but its better than drinking just water… I can not drink sweet tea, there is just too much sugar in it and it will make me sick.
Order cake out to me, tea had ice in it, not the end of the world, still a drink, however, first sip after leaving when at my lunch location, something wasn’t right… Little more of a sip, they gave me sweet tea and I immediately started feeling sick.
Have to dump it out, I can’t drink it…
Im not diabetic, sugar juat upsets my stomach. I do like a sweet treat here and there but I have to be careful, and today is one of these days where it has to be next to no sugar….
Not trying to make a big deal over it, sometimes its the littlest of things that can bug you, more than it should…

I pulled up to the 2nd lane, there were no signs or anything stating that it wasn’t operational, in fact there were multiple signs telling me “any lane” but I watched 3 people place their orders in lane 1, and then I started speaking loudly into the speaker tower with no response. I was just plain ignored. Then I pulled up next to the people in front paying for their order while the window was open, and hollered at the drive thru lady, who continued to ignore me, and there was no chance she didn’t hear me because I was very loud. It was like they were pretending I didn’t exist. I haven’t felt so disrespected in years. I will NEVER go back there again as long as I live.

Let me begin this review by confessing I am a McDonald’s kid at heart. That being said I’ve definitely done my time and experienced the bad the worst and the oooo hell no establishments in the past 20 errr so years. This McDonald’s definitely deserves an award for the best location on the west coast. I can not say enough good things about this place the restaurant is always clean, the employees are always helpful and friendly but most of all everytime I order French fries they are piping hot and fresh!!! Yes you heard that correctly in fact I am so pampered by the establishment that I refuse to go to another McDonald’s now. Anytime I do I am always disappointed, disgusted by what they try to pass as food and even more mortified by their attitudes and messy dinning rooms. I promise you will not be disappointed with this location if you love McDonald’s like me then this is your new spot!
UPDATE; I dunno what changed new employees or under different management but unfortunately the service and food has dropped dramatically. How disappointing, nobody is ever at the registor can’t ever get an order in unless done by online. Plus, fries are always cold pass there sell by time I’m sure. Everything that made this McDonald’s special is gone so super disappointing.

Seriously bad experience. Placed a mobile curbside order and waited over 15 minutes. Eventually went inside to ask about the status of it and saw it had been sitting on a counter. Got the order after talking with staff and had to come back inside since drinks were forgotten. Then learned that two happy meals were completely wrong with one meal having just a toy and apple slices in it, and another having a single burger. Both happy meals were supposed to be chicken McNuggets, fries, and their drinks.
This experience ended up taking over 30 minutes after all the back and forth. Will avoid this location in the future, absolutely do not recommend.

I drive for a living and my route takes me past this mcdonalds. For a couple months ive been going there once a week….. every single time I have to go back inside to demand things I paid for. Im very forgiving about this but its literally every single time. Im not even asking for stuff not on the sandwich they just fail to put it on the sandwich.

Love most of the service worker but for the life of them they can never give me my Mcflurries, always forgotten. Half the time whenever I go through the drive through there is something missing or getting a sausage & egg mc muffin with missing eggs. Love the place but there is always something wrong with my order

Burritos tasted as if they’ve been sitting awhile, when I unwrapped the first burrito, the cheese was already hard and stiff and not the late night newlyweds hard and stiff but like blue chew… so pretty safe to say the burritos weren’t freshly made… God bless my dead grandmother but this is spitting in her face if she knew McDonald’s was selling low quality burritos she would be flabbergasted, she didn’t work at McDonald’s all those years for it to go down the drain after she left… As for the hash brown, normally it’s hot and crunchy which is one of the best things in my morning… This was warm and soft, like a dying marriage… Just didn’t do it for me, the hash brown had lost the spark… Also I asked for mild and hot sauce, ended up getting grape and strawberry… That one really confused me and don’t know how to joke about it…

Subpar at best, some staff are nice but others are awful and rude. I asked for hot fries made to order and received double dunked french fries that were hard and inedible. Whatever happened to quality control. Oh yeah the young ones don’t give a ding dang about it.
