If you want to order a steak sub, go somewhere else! This was the most tasteless food I’ve ever eaten. My Philly cheese steak barley had any cheese and the shrimp was tasteless and I was given one strip of turkey bacon that cost me $2.50 Oh! and the tea mix taste like 4C tea from the grocery store.

I normally eat here once a week and they normally have the best food. I picked my food up on the way home from work. once I opened it i noticed it had a burnt smell but tried to give it a chance. Not only was the outside burnt but on the inside was too. The meat had a burnt aftertaste and some pieces were crispy. I called they told me to bring it back claimed the cook has been there for years but bring it back. I go there today and they open it and say we normally don’t take back outside food. I tell him what I was told and he give me attitude. I asked the other customer in the store if it looks burnt and he agreed. Then he continues to say this isn’t burnt to me. I paid my money for the meal and shouldn’t have to eat something that looks burnt. Smells burnt and is BURNT. He gave me attitude about the meal being fine to him. He was rude from there asking me what do I want this time like I’m asking him for free food. I declined anything from them and walked out. Clearly it’s not about the money it’s the fact that I work hard for my money and want to eat a meal that isn’t hard because you burnt the bread and the meat. Will never waste another dime in that place. They are in the food industry and giving someone great customer service with great food should be the goal.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this needs to be shared. I found maggots in my food, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. When I contacted the restaurant to report the issue, the staff was rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the concern or offering any assistance, one of the staff members told me to “get a lawyer” and then hung up the phone. I’ve attached photos for transparency. Please be cautious and thoroughly inspect your food before eating here.

The food is decent but they have significantly reduced the amount of fries they give you if you get a combo. One time I counted 10 fries in the bag. So if you come here skip the combo

This is THE SPOT!, everything we have tried is amazing!! My husband and I have tried the steak n cheese, fried chicken wings(my favorite, quesadillas (husband fav) & the whiting fish, oh and the cake is delicious! I want to give the people who work here a huge shout out for always being friendly, having great customer service and always keeping the place clean❤️ you guys are the best!!

I ordered today a few things from here before I headed on the road out of town. I was craving crispy chicken wings and I usually order through Uber eats but I did a walk in. I normally get chicken wings but this time I got thighs and 1 wing ( 8 piece) but what disturb me is the spoil smell coming from the chicken the seasonings cannot hide the smell . Or hide the taste I had one piece of chicken and notice the taste I started smelling the chicken which definitely smell spoiled . I stop eating I was also scared to eat anything else I brought if the chicken is spoiled. But the fish was fresh potatoe wedges fresh , chicken sandwich fresh , and my steak quesadilla is excellent. But the chicken was a big no for me please check your chicken product temperature . The 2 stars is because of the other food ..

The food quality is pretty good. They have a wide variety of things on their menu if you compare this to other New York chicken and grills this one is better as far as food quality even though it’s under the same name. I’ve had the steak and cheese and that’s what I get pretty much every time I like it I’ve known people to get the chicken quesadilla the chicken and waffle and they’ve liked those as well. I’ve also heard that the salads are good. I’m not a fan of their chicken, but other people do like it. It’s not really a dying in spot even though there’s some seats there as best to get your food and get out of there.
