My fiancé and son enjoy low country boil. She had been talking about wanting some good boil for 2 weeks. So I went on the hunt to find boil near us. Came up with this. We drove a little over an hour to the Red Crab. We walked in and got seated at a table right away. Waiters and staff were super nice and helpful with any questions we had. We took a few mins and looked over the menu to decide what we wanted and how we wanted it. Multiple ways to make your own boil with different amounts of things. Plus pick your seasoning and how spicy you want it. I got the fried catfish and fries. My son got the Red crab special 2 with Cajun seasoning, garlic butter and no heat. My Fiancé got the same special but added more eggs, potatoes with the juicy special seasoning which is all of the seasoning they offer plus added medium heat. All the food came out without much wait. And let me tell you ALL the food was outstanding! I tried both my fiancé and son’s food and I liked the juicy special seasoning with the medium heat the best. It was the perfect amount of flavor and heat. Wasn’t so hot that you couldn’t enjoy it but just enough to know it was there. Everyone left pleased and stuffed! Staff did an excellent job as well. Most definitely will be making a trip back! Good job!

Awesome service. We were able to pick the options for our seafood boil. They have a unique presentation. Both the server and manager checked in to see if we needed anything. We purchased desert to go. The beignets were a lovely treat after returning to our hotel.

My husband and I had the low country boil. I had butter/garlic and he had Cajun seasoning. Both were absolutely delicious! The service was adequate and friendly. The atmosphere was ok. The bathrooms should have been cleaner than what they were.

We decided to eat here for brunch. We were seated immediately because it was not crowded. We ordered from the raw bar. They had a selection of different items. There was one staff member who was the hostess, server, cleaner and bartender. The food was good and the atmosphere was quiet since it was early. I will definitely return at a later time to evaluate the evening vibe.

I was very disappointed with my entire experience yesterday. I brought my girlfriend here on a Thursday night, and the restaurant was only half full, but we still got poor service from a waiter who only had 3 tables to serve. The crab was obviously fresh, fresh from the freezer. I had 2 clusters and barely got 4 decent pieces. Everything was way overcooked, and our meal was not worth the $140 price tag. It’s a hard pass for me.

My daughter called in an order at Red Crab 4:55 Saturday. Cause we knew it would be busy cause of Valentine’s Day. So it wouldn’t be at long wait time to pickup. We got to the establishment at 5pm. My daughter stood in there for a whole hour and a half waiting on her food. There was no apology or no we will knot something off your bill or anything. These place want your money but you get poor service return. What she should have done was asked for a refund. No one else had a problem getting their food that they ordered but her. When you call the main office number it gives you a life alert voice over. I could even call to speak with a manger.

So we went in and the sign said sorry our tvs are not working so I asked if they were singing for entertainment and the girl that ended up being our server started yelling 1,2,3,4. She was awesome. She just moved from Tenn. And she is a great addition to their staff. They turned on the music for us. Great staff

Great delicious seafood! I had the shrimp basket with Cajun fries, the breading was light & flavorful, Hubby had red crab special #2. & our app was crab meat fries very unique. Our first time in. Bar seated & best bar tender service. Drinks were good too.

It was our first time visiting this restaurant. The food was amazing and we were seated immediately when we arrived but our service was horrible. Our waiter Austin never checked on us or refilled our drinks. We had to ask other waitresses for bags and boxes and to get our check for us. He was very careless. It was very frustrating dealing with this kind of service and that made the experience horrible having to keep trying to find a waiter.

This was not our first time eating here but it will be our last. The service was slow and they were not even busy. Took forever to get our order taken and even longer to get it. Had the chicken po boy yuck chicken was hard and no mayonnaise which I asked for. There was more lettuce than anything. The sweet potato fries were so hard if I would have thrown them at somebody it would have knocked them out.
