Got in drive thru line at 7:50PM and my order was taken at 8:02PM. Seems like the drive thru can only handle taking 2 orders at a time. Fries were good as always, burger was fine. Wouldn’t recommend drive thru due to wait time but I appreciated the lady at the window offering my dog a pup cup/whipped cream.

Every single time, my orders wrong or missing something. Stopped coming here for a while, tried again since yall sent me a $10 sorry gift card for messing up the last time.
The manger watched me grab my order from the take out shelf and freezer- I asked for the missing chocolate milk and kids scoop right off the bat. Get to the car and open the bag to find I’m also missing the kids fry, I go back in the manager notices and walks away.
I’m convinced they seal every mobile pick up order just so your less likely to open the bag and make sure it’s all there, so they can send you a lil $10 to get you back in the door

Worst experience I had at a fast food place, I was rushed while getting my order taken and the lady had a major RBF the whole time. Not only that but the buns were all burnt. But somehow the food came out Luke warm almost cold. Do not recommend.

My son and I stopped by Freddie’s the other day, and it did not disappoint. We both ordered burgers and fries, and everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. The burgers were juicy with a nice sear on the edges, and the fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned.
We also tried the famous “Fry Sauce,” and it was fantastic—creamy, tangy, and the perfect complement to the fries. The service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and the overall atmosphere was casual and welcoming.
We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend if you’re craving a great burger and fries!

EDIT: Went back tonight for a to go order. The drive thru was broken so we went in. The floor was very filthy. The staff was very friendly. Our sundae we shared while waiting was great. Got my kids meals as a splurge. When we got the food the fries were cold and rock hard, not fresh and the onion rings were missing.
The staff was friendly even though they were crazy busy. My fresh strawberry shake was yummy. I ordered the black bean Burger without thousand island dressing. They have the best pickles anywhere. I usually get their salty shoestring fries but this time I got the onion rings. Thin batter that I love. Don’t forget to try the jalapeño fry sauce, yum!

Freddy’s manages to uniquely be the same as every other fast food restaurant in the industry, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
Freddy’s offers steak burgers, which is unique, but I am not sure the average consumer can tell the difference between a steak burger and a hamburger.
The employees were very nice and kept the place clean, which was nice, but Freddy’s doesn’t offer anything unique or exceptional enough to garner a 5-star rating.
That being said, keep it in the rotation of fast and easy places to eat to keep a little variety in the lineup.
