Placed an online order which said it would be ready at 7:30. We’ve been waiting for a half an hour with no updates, no communication and the staff is avoiding the pick up counter. There are other people who have been waiting even longer than us. If the kitchen is that behind the online times should reflect that. At the very least someone should be communicating long wait times to customers upon arrival.

We’ve ordered here a few times (navarre ave oregon ohio) and everytime something is wrong with the order.
1. Waited an hour after the ONLINE order was to be done
2. Totally incorrect online order
3. Missing food on at least 3 or 4 occasions
4. Finally my favorite put an order in late one night to find out the kitchen was closed. No warnings online that this order would be for the next day, go to pick up the food and you guessed it no food. Oh and the restaurant charged us for the order
My son loves this place but after tonight of yet again missing food we will NEVER order there again.
And yes I’ve talked to a manager and nothing has been offered to make it right. Tonight’s food found in the warmer well at least they made it (this is where I’d place an eyeroll emoji) I actially had to ask to have them make it fresh since I couldn’t go back for a half hour.
Seriously get your crap together

Had to wait an hour for my son’s haircut. I let the server know we couldn’t be there too long and she was awesome! Made sure we were taken care of the whole time got our food to us hot and fresh and out the door just in time. One of the better Buffalo Wild Wings establishments around!

I ordered the 20 wing bundle with cheese curds and ranch. The wings were mid sauced and the some of the cheese curds were overdone, why would you put these in and think those are acceptable?

Waited over half an hour for a take out order that was scheduled online. At the confirmation time, order not ready. Half an hour later the bag comes out and after getting home, incorrect order. Also saw dine in customers waiting 10 mins with no greeter, and door dashers moving to the front of the take out line like their order means more than anyone else… Not impressed, and it’s going to take a lot for us to order from this location again.

Food is always good however if u want to place a carry out order go to the one on central this place sucks… youll wait 15 minutes every time without fail for ur food to sit under a heat lamp, u have to fully go to a server & ask for someone to help & everyone will get around to helping u but at their slow pace. No pep in the step nothing then ur food will look sloopy & u wont even get told have a good day. Management sucks service sucks consistently ive gone here since highschool it hasn’t changed so seriously save urself from typing a paragraph after years of shitty service from this location & go to the one in toledo or perrysburg

This was the strangest visit ever, we started to think that we were on a prank show. Yes, it was that bad. We spent almost 2 hours on what should of been a 30- 45 minute visit but the mistakes were piling up. We arrived during happy hour, around 4PM and was seated in a complete empty section, but it took a good 20 minutes or so just to get drinks. No problem, right? Ordered appetizer, pretzels but the cheese cup was filled less than half of the very small cup so we politely asked for the other half. AFTER asking 3-4 times and about 20+ minutes later we finally received it and our mozzarella sticks that were rock hard. We returned those and asked for another pretzel bite. Drink refills we extremely hard to come by and had to practically beg for them LOL but after asking repeatedly, we did eventually get them. We placed our order, one came out wrong the other with cold fries. I ordered 10 flats, I received 4 flats and 6 drums. Sheesh. I put the 4 flats on a different tray and put the 6 drums to the side, when she finally came back I explained that I ordered flats and she was very unhappy and claimed that wasn’t what I ordered, I could see my daughter was getting irritated by the way the server was speaking to me so I made up an excuse that maybe I was talking to low and she didn’t hear me, just to keep the peace. And than she asked if someone else had brought me the other 6 flats already, which was kind of a strange question because the drums were in her hand and I obviously only had the 4 flats. ATP we realized something was very wrong with our server. About 20 minutes later she returned with 5 of my 6 flats. Lol. And no fries. I had to get our to go boxes because she forgot them multiple times, along with my change. Smh. I think our server, Kay, needs either more training or a drug test. That was the longest 2 hours with only 2 drinks in my life. Sheesh

Ok, we all know what Buffalo wild wings is about. Overrated wings but their sauces keep you coming back. I’m leaving this review on this experience. The queso nachos are always good with lots of creamy cheese but less other toppings than normal. The BBQ beef brisket was surprisingly delicious and it’s a must order. Loaded tater tots were really loaded but too much Buffalo wing sauce. Next time I’m going to try a different sauce. Service and cleanliness was ok as expected. The prices were average for today’s economy.
