We had such a great hibachi experience! The spicy edamame were absolutely delicious. The fried rice was also amazing, full of flavor and cooked perfectly right in front of us.

Our hibachi chef, Jesus, was not only talented but super funny he kept us entertained the whole time and made the experience even better. Elliott, our server, was great as very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

Overall, an awesome dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This place really took a nosedive over the last couple years. We have been coming here like 13 years and because the food is really good it’s a shame that the establishment refuses to put into place an actual manager to actively supervise. The kids working there are all nice but all obviously new to the service industry. One waitress asked us to go get our own soy sauce cause they were closing… can you imagine dropping $500 on dinner and being told to go walk across the room to the bar and reach behind the bar to get your own soy sauce? The last few times we have went we have NOT seen a single floor manager giving instruction, checking on customers or anything. So what ends up happening is you get a an A+ meal but with F level service. Pay the money for an adult to help these kids and save this place. And again it’s not the kid’s fault I was a young server in my early days and without direction from an accountable management staff I would have never grown. The host was nice, the sushi chef and hibachi chef were nice and skilled.. the waitstaff. OMG the waitstaff seemed bothered by any request, never came by, was more worried about closing up shop and chatting. It ruined the entire experience.

I dined alone. My overall experience wasn’t too bad, and the food was alright. I feel like it slightly lacked that deep umami flavor that you usually taste at Hibachi restaurants. The seats were wrapped in electrical tape which is whatever I guess. My only issue was that as I was leaving, I saw a big cockroach roaming through the restaurant. Kind of made me want to throw away my leftovers

My girfriend brought me here for my birthday. It was really enjoyable! The only conplaint was in the beginning the hostess sat us in a section and we didn’t see a server for like 15 minutes so we just moved to the sushi bar and were served immediately. The sushi is top notch and the sushi chefs were working so hard making those into pieces of art! I had some ramen, and we split some rolls. The price was a bit high, but the quality of food made it worth it!

As mentioned with regards to food service and atmosphere, food was good filling service. By my waitress was excellent. However, the manager, it felt compelled to do corrective action in the public space area. Within the restaurant which I found to be a turnoff and really disturbed my meal. As I’m trying to have conversation with my daughter, you couldn’t help but not hear the manager giving reprimand to one of his employees. I initially thought I would just share this information with the waitress. However, not wanting to get her involved. I made a corrective as considerate constructive criticism to the manager. Regarding the Meta and throughout the conversation, his response was, I know, I know, I know… My thought to that is, “If you know, then why are you doing something that could be frowned upon by the public in public..” I would also like to add I would hope this wouldn’t be a deterrent from going to this establishment however, I also mentioned that to him as well.. Hopefully those types of scenarios are beyond them…

Kyle, the manager, completely ruined our Valentine’s Day experience. My wife and I have been coming here for years, but after this, we won’t be returning.

We ordered the Hibachi Dinner for Two “A,” which is priced at $70, and simply asked to substitute shrimp for chicken—something that has never been an issue for us before. Instead of accommodating the request, Kyle repeatedly pushed us toward option “D,” a $95 choice that he admitted is not even listed on the menu. It felt like an unnecessary and aggressive upsell.

During the discussion, I explained that the substitution was important due to a shrimp allergy. His response was, “There’s nothing I can do about that,” which was shocking and disappointing to hear. There was no empathy or effort to understand our concerns—just a focus on insisting we choose the more expensive, off-menu option.

To make matters worse, this entire exchange happened in front of our children and another family seated nearby, making the situation uncomfortable and upsetting. What should have been a special evening turned into a frustrating and embarrassing experience.

My husband and I use to LOVE this place! We noticed that they started going down hill in the past 6 months but we went yesterday and needless to say, we will not be returning. Before last night we had 2 bad experiences, mainly the time it took, both experiences from the moment we entered to when we left took about 2.5 hour and that’s with us having a reservation at the hibachi table (learned that if it’s not at the hibachi table, they don’t put quality in it and something always comes out wrong, terrible, or old). This time it was about 2 hours total but that’s not why we will never go back.

From the start we noticed their prices had gone up significantly, 15-20%+. We ordered our appetizer (assorted tempura) as usual and we were disappointed to see the plate look surprisingly empty mainly had lettuce. They use to put 2 of each veggie and now they only put one of each and the shrimp tempura was soggy instead of crisp. Then we saw the chicken, it wasn’t even tempura it was baked of some sort. I was starving and knew it would be a while until we ate so I ate it. Our soup came out, the house soup. They have officially just cut back apparently, one tiny floating mushroom and no onions or chives in it as it usually does. I then tried it and it tasted like dirty water with a hint of onion flavor. We pushed it aside and kept trying to enjoy the night out. My husband still loved their salad I must say.

As we looked at the menu we noticed they started charging $2 for yum yum sauce…that’s part of the normal hibachi experience and their prices had already increased. The chef comes and does a great job on the show, rice, and veggies, as we get to the meat we noticed he didn’t put any of the liquid seasoning as they usually do (teriyaki I think). He put an excessive amount of salt, pepper, and butter only on the steak and butter, lemon, salt, and pepper on the shrimp. We paused him as he lifted it to put on our plate and asked where the rest of the seasoning was. Mind you we get this same order EVERY time we have gone in the last 5 years and never had this done. The chef informed us that it cost extra now, $2 per meal for the seasoning we have gotten at a lower price for the last 5 years. We said no thank you and decided to try it this way. We ended up boxing it up and taking it home to bring down the salty taste and enhance the flavors with stuff we had at home.
As it came time to tip, we told him we were sorry we didn’t have cash and that we would leave a separate tip on the receipt for the chef. We typically do this and the waiters encourage it. He then was so kind and said don’t worry about it, THE CHEFS DON’T GET THE TIPS IF LEFT ON A CARD/RECEIPT. We asked if that was new and he said NO it’s been like that. My husband and I were mad, this whole time we left extra tips for our chef and never do they receive them. The chef explained that they say “it’s just too hard to split up tips”. We had maybe $18 cash on us together so we gave him that, but felt terrible because we wanted to give $30-40, he did a great job. Side note, we noticed that they go through chefs fast and now we understand why. As we paid the waited was hovering over us and my husband didn’t really want to leave a great tip for the waited that came by maybe 3 times total (bring us drinks, bring us soup and salad, and one refill). He decided to leave the 18% of the meal which was more than we gave the chef unfortunately because we didn’t have cash. We usually are large tippers minimally 25-30% but the entire thing upset us especially that we had been getting ripped off this entire time with the chef never receiving his tips specified on the receipt as they told us to do!

As we left we talked about it and with the new prices, long wait times with reservations, small portions, and lies, we will not be going back sadly. I really did love this place and hate to leave it.

We came in about an hour before closing and was able to get a table no problem, the staff was very friendly. We were served by Armando and he was very helpful it being our first time, he was also very quick serving us. The food was also very delicious! Definitely a fun experience!

We have been going to Osaka for many years, even before Covid. We celebrated here with the whole family for my retirement dinner. It was totally impromptu and we were a party of nine. They accommodated us without any issues. We love their Happy Hour sushi roll deal, from 3 pm – 7 pm. We recommend the Spider & Viking Rolls. Their appetizers & entrees are super yummy, Chicken Katsu and Gyoza are my favorites. It’s so good we start eating as soon as it arrives and forget to take photos.

Came for some tempura and a couple rolls for lunch and was happy with everything. The cold sake wine was delicious too! Definitely going back to try some other dishes. Service was great too. Thanks for taking care of us.
