After recently switching to 2nd shift, I decided to visit my favorite place—Starbucks—for coffee. However, on three different occasions, the drinks have been poorly made. At first, I thought it was just the new pecan special, but when I ordered my usual Caramel Ribbon Crunch, it tasted like sugar water.
On top of that, I had to wait about 10 minutes past the promised pickup time for my mobile order on two out of the three visits. I had two different baristas make my drink, yet the quality was still terrible each time. There was no crunch, and the drink had excessive caramel instead of the usual balanced flavor.
Fortunately, I’ve realized it’s just this particular location, so I’ll be choosing not to return.

It is a typical Starbucks but it seems that the products have taken a downturn. The accuracy of the orders and the quality has come down a bit. We had trouble getting exactly what we asked for and the place specializes in coffee. How can you get coffee wrong?

I went to get my Trenta iced coffee with almond milk this morning at 6am, all the staff was new I didn’t see any of my regular girls, the coffee I recd was watered down and looked super milky. I get Starbucks almost everyday and this is the 3rd time I have recd a coffee like this I asked for it to be remade and they did and again it was the exact same. The coffee taste so watered down I’m not sure what’s going on here it’s literally just coffee from the container for iced coffee with almond milk and ice in a cup. I won’t be going back it’s frustrating especially after I asked for it to be remade. Your baristas that are working need to either be retrained or Starbucks is being cheap serving old watered down coffee for $6 a cup.

So this was my first Starbucks experience because I’m not a coffee drinker and did not care for the hype. If I’m in the Caribbean I’ll enjoy a nice cup of Blue mountain peek coffee. In Bali, I enjoyed quality indonesian organic blend. Otherwise, I do not drink coffee routinely, and even though I’m aware that Starbucks sells other food items, I had no desire to visit, knowing that they are all overpriced and overrated. The coffee shop that I visited in Fort Worth was clean, they had nice music in the background and the young ladies behind the counter were really pleasant. This made for a good experience. My hot chocolate was not really good. My veggie sandwich and banana cake were okay.

Was at intercom for more than 5 minutes for someone to take my order. The manager and workers were very rude. Once my order was placed it was completely wrong and Manager Daniella refused to make my order and shut drive thru window. My drink were clumped with Matcha powder, full of Ice and made with whole milk.

I come to this starbucks often. The lady over the intercom (I didn’t catch her name) was being slightly rude. I tried ordering my drink she told me to slow down in a rude tone. She stated “Okay, slow down.” with an attitude. Now, I get if she was having a bad day, but please don’t be rude, I didn’t come at her rude at all.

Was very packed inside and in the drive thru, I waited 17 minutes for my “frozen” drink, which was watered down when I received it. Workers kept yelling at each other that they had to get the drive thru orders first. Then I had to wait about 4 minutes to pull out of parking lot because cars were blocking me in. First time here and last time.

Ordered a $6.75 oatmik shaken espresso and had it customized. The total came out to $9.12. K didn’t get non of the extra toppings or flavors I paid for. This is the second time this has happened. I should get what I paid for or simply refund my money. If I wanted a regular ice coffee I would have made it at home. That app says none of the ingredients were sold out so I don’t know why I didn’t get what I paid for but this location isn’t the best at all. I’m always disappointed. I just wanted my morning coffee
