We went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday and had a fabulous time we had seven people and they actually sat us in our own area it was absolutely great food was so good. Many of us had the peppercorn New York steak with double stuffed baked potato and asparagus. One of our guests had short ribs and he said it was fabulous. We also had a bottle of Rumbauer Chardonnay wine. It was my birthday so they gave me an option for a dessert it was a really great butter cake with fresh fruit.

This restaurant has a great atmosphere that sets the tone for an enjoyable evening. The service was fantastic — the staff was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything from start to finish.
We went for dinner and decided to take advantage of the happy hour, which turned out to be a great choice. The prices were very reasonable, and the drinks were excellent. I highly recommend the raspberry martini (I believe that’s what it was called) — it was definitely a standout.
The seating was also quite comfortable, which added to the overall relaxed vibe. As for the food, the deviled eggs were outstanding — full of flavor and perfectly prepared. However, the calamari was a bit of a letdown. It was undercooked and far too tough, so there’s definitely room for improvement in that area.
Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service, solid happy hour offerings, and a nice setting — though the food could use a little more consistency.

While searching for a venue for my client appreciation party, I visited several restaurants, but Paul Martin’s Spectrum stood out for its exceptional food and inviting ambiance. we had their outdoor covered patio…it was just perfect. I want to give a special shout-out to Brittney, their event coordinator—her follow-up was outstanding and truly set them apart. She made the entire process seamless by listening carefully to my needs and coordinating everything flawlessly with the staff. The event was a great success, and my clients thoroughly enjoyed the food, service, and hospitality. I’m so glad I chose Paul Martin’s Spectrum and highly recommend them for any event. Their staff and severs were amazing Ryan, Martin and Bryan! Credit goes out to the Chef in the kitchen as well, i know it is not easy to serve 50 people at once. Thank you Brittney really appreciate all that you have done to make my event so successful!! Happy holidays!

Had dinner with a work colleague at Paul Martin’s in Irvine and we were both impressed. We both had the 12oz Ribeye Steak and it was delicious, as was the mashed potatoes, Brussels and asparagus. Service (from Amber) was excellent and the ambience in the restaurant was pleasant. Cost with a starter was around $85 per person.

Paul Martin’s is a fabulous spot for get-together and to share a meal. Their service is top notch and the food is delicious. We were recently there for a work dinner and they accommodated us in a quiet-ish area. I personally ate the deviled eggs and spinach dip followed by the portobello veggie burger and sweet potato fries. We ended with an ice cream topped, warm brownie and the ice cream and berry topped, warm butter cake. It was a great meal at a great location. Park at the valet across the street if distance from parking is a concern.

Came with family for dinner, ordered two different steaks, salad, starters. Filet mignon, mashed potatoes and vegetable house salad were wonderful, everything was tasty and fresh. There were very few visitors. Service was excellent

This restaurant is so pretty. Makes a great date night spot or hang out with a group of friends. On this particular night, our service was a bit slow. We were almost done with our appetizers before the server even took our entree orders. He didn’t refill drinks unless we asked and the kids meals came with ice cream but he wrapped up our meal, gave us our check, and completely forgot to offer the kids at our table their dessert that was already paid for. By this point, we had been here for quite some time already, so we decided to just leave.
I also enjoyed the appetizers more than the entrees. The appetizers were super flavorful. The burger was on the blan side, the ribs also were just Okay.
In general, the food is not bad, it might have just been an off night.
My biggest complaints are the timeliness of the ordering and also the missing desserts.

We had a great experience. The staff was very attentive and super friendly. Everything that we tasted was incredible (try the butter cake). We came in for the restaurant week menu but we will come back for the regular menu and the happy hour very soon.

I attend a birthday dinner here last month with our group of 8 and nobody’s dinner was all that great. We’ve been coming here occasionally for the past 4-5 years and this was the first time the food and service was mediocre. With their prices being what they are, we expected a lot more as far as quality of food and service. No dessert was offered to the birthday girl and 1 dinner was sent back to be re-heated. Unfortunately, I can’t say I am in a big hurry to rush back.

I went here one time with my grandma for my birthday. I liked this place, albeit it’s a bit overpriced, so I was looking forward to it as a rare treat. The hostess and two waiters with her were weird. When we walked in, they were having a conversation but when they saw us they became silent and stared. It was super awkward. No “hi, hello, welcome, how are you doing?”. It put me off because it’s just me and my grandma, nothing unusual. I didn’t say anything then so I’ll say it now. Train your servers better. I never came back after that.
