Took forever just to take my order, claimed they had a full screen but there were no cars in the parking lot and the rest were behind me in the drive through. These fools really took all day to give me food that wasn’t even hot or cooked! Cheese on food not even melted… WHAT?! No meat, no sauce… I am a PISSED OFF pregnant lady tonight… I couldn’t even eat this mess… disgusted…

There were three cars ahead of me to get to the ordering (like 7 from pickup window) it took so long I had time to make an account on their app place my order and still wait ~20minutes got to the ordering told them here for pickup all glass building see them prep food and drinks still another ~40 minutes to get to window to pickup food which at this point its cold and drinks have no ice in them just to get home and see there’s maybe a pinch of meat in each product. How is this location open? Is it just cause they a super busy intersection? Or maybe lack of meat so they save on that?? Like legit question if the franchise owner/YUM! reads these reviews

This location has had its challenges, but we decided to give it another try and went through the drive-thru on 09/28/25. My friend ordered steak quesadillas with a modification, and they made them perfectly. They also made sure to include the nacho cheese sauces that other places always forget. Other locations regularly mess this stuff up, but this crew was on point. Asked us in person if we needed any other sauces, extra napkins, etc. Pleasant conversation during the very short wait. We were actually talking about the refreshing level of service and professionalism so many other locations lack as we drove away. Glad to see this one doing this well. I hope they’re treated well by customers, and I hope management does the same and continues to cultivate this amazing crew.

I was literally sitting in front of the cooking area and the people inside were making fun of my name! They even spoke loud saying like “they dont tip them after buying for $15”. I think tips are only to the deserved ones . I had to message from different account as I go around the place I don’t want anything to happen for me. This was literally going on in my mind from a day.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I ordered two cheesy bean and rice burritos and one double-decker taco. On the burritos, I specifically paid extra for sour cream, tomatoes, and lettuce. On the taco, I paid for sour cream. They charged me for it but never gave me any of it.
Instead, I got handed three plain tacos with no sauces—and when I pointed it out, the customer service was completely trash. No apology, no attempt to fix it. Just attitude.
This was hands-down one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll never come back to this location again.

Yesterday last night i ordered 3 Doritos tacos supremes and only one taco had meat on it… the other 2 only had lettuce and cheese. No sour cream no tomatoes no nothing. Waste of my money. Do better Taco Bell.
