Top tier truck stop restaurant. Please don’t judge the Southfork by the truck stop it’s attached to. Highly recommend using the bathroom here vs the truck stop’s, it’s quite nice. I ordered the pork chop…. Now they serve a dinner version, and a breakfast version. $12.99 for dinner, 2 chops, w 2 sides. $11.99 for 1 chop with eggs, home fries, and toast, or $13.99 for 2 chops. Absolute bargain. Both varieties are prepared the same, the dinner one just comes with dinner style sides. I went breakfast.
Our waitress and hostess were working the room AND the kitchen, cooking for us as well as serving. No skin off their backs! They crushed the food and the service, food came out quickly. It looked so good I ate before I could take a picture, so please excuse the photo of the half eaten food. 11 out of 10.

Came in with no expectations and left with a full stomach and delightfully impressed. The best catfish I have ever had. The staff were phenomenal and the food was hot fresh and hot the spot. 10/10 definitely stopping by on my way through again.

Food was great. Catfish tasty. Served friendly and attentive. The bathrooms another story. It is hard not to associate the cleanliness and appearance of the bathroom with the food when this is where cooks go to wash their hands to prepare your food. So please management put a little investment I. The broken soap and toilet paper dispensers, and this place will be great

Truck driver here and first time i’ve stopped at this truck stop. The food was hot and delicious! Staff is very friendly! Will definitely add this to my saved list of good places to stop to eat!

Get the pork chop plate. It was delicious. Cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. Not many places offer it and fewer do it well. It’s a winner. I’m glad I decided to stop here and forgo the typical truck stop fare. You should too.

Very nice little truck stop diner. It’s old school basic but it hits the spot.

Tasty food. I got the chicken fried chicken which was a bit small but it was really good. Excellent potato salad for my side and 2 corn bread rolls. The corn bread was a bit hard I think next time I roll through I’ll go with the Texas toast.
Plenty of free parking. Again old school truck stop so there are pot holes but nothing that isn’t manageable.

We were passing through from Texas home to Indiana . Saw the reviews and glad we took the advice to stop!
Our waitress was southern friendly and the food was perfect
I got ribeye and my husband got chicken fried steak the green beans were just right!
Im not sure the potato salad was homemade but it was fine. Texas toast with the creamy white gravy was the treat we rarely get.
BONUS got to see FEVER play on 1 of their 3 TVs

As a truck driver this is definitely a go to stop for me. Even though the lot has a lot of pot holes On average plenty of parking. Awesome showers only $10 water nice and hot I would recommend taking the towels that they offer just to put on the floor at least. They also have a restaurant that has a decent menu. I rather this place over any large quote truck stop. And if you are a smoker they also have a smoke shop.
