Usually pretty good. On occasion we’ll get some hot and ready pizzas that seem to have been sitting for a bit which can make the crust a bit tough but it’s still pretty good. I love their stuffed pretzel crust which is usually made fresh and about $11 for one which I think is an awesome price. I also love their stuffed crazy bread. Worth it for a cheaper pizza night at home. <3

I ordered through doordash at the Paducah Ky Location,, LC gave my pizza to someone random without verifying they were a dasher. Then refused to make it right. After dealing with it for 45 minutes they refused to remake it saying “it was too close to closing” 15 minutes. The manager on duty was a really rude person, as was the attentant. was even overheard saying he dgaf he aint doing it. So im out $22 and no pizza. Last time i order from such an ungrateful place. And that Manager shoupd be fire. Hes unfit for that position.

We love their crazy bread and sauce, but the pizza leaves much room for improvement!
We got a pepperoni pizza and a 5 meat pizza. They were both very dry. There wasn’t even hardly a hint on sauce on them luckily we bought the sauce with the crazy bread so we all dipped our pizza in it for a sauce flavor.
I had forgotten that my dad won’t eat their pizza for this very reason.
I highly suggest if you like sauce ask for extra sauce and make sure it’s on there. We definitely will from now on.

My roommate ordered a pizza through the app. The trip from store to table at home was roughly 5 minutes as we live fairly close. Opened box to review the pizza and it was cold as well as poorly cut. Cheese looks old as well. I was served a waste pizza instead of a freshly cooked. The store also pulled it out of their portal which means they shoved a shelved pizza in their temp warmer they call the pizza portal I’m guessing to save product waste. Unacceptable guys. How could you do your guy butter toes this way ? And how will you make it right ? (Edit: I called the store to discuss and when the person answering the phone claiming to be the manager didn’t announce her babe and I asked her babe she disconnected the call immediately Ave now they’re not answering the phone from any number that calls it seems. I hope they clear up this type of customer care issue right away before they drive other customers down the road to their competitors)

The customers service representatives are rude. The pizza was cold and the cheese was not melted all the way after waiting twice as long as quoted. The lobby was locked an hour before close. An employee stared at me through the door while vacuuming instead of asking me to use the drive-thru. Pitiful service honestly.

This is the second and last time I’ve ordered a thin crust pizza with extra sauce and got nothing more than crust and cheese. On the ticket it says extra sauce x2 but obviously that means nothing to the fool making the pizza. Next time we are going to order from Marco’s or somewhere else. Damn shame to pay for something and not get what you wanted.

Yum, twice baked cardboard… literally. I usually get a pizza from here every so often and its always been pretty good, but tonight I reheated some leftovers and found a piece of rolled up cardboard in a slice. Tbh, it’s probably not the worst thing to find, but I think I’ll pass on lil caesars from now on.
