Smaller, but well laid out McDonalds, including a kids play area, comfortable booths, as well as taller table options. Very speedy and friendly service, clean, and easy to access restrooms.

you know McDonald’s tries to keep each one of their places. you know the same, but I just love our McDonald’s in glendora of lone Hill and route 66 from kids to older people that work there. what a friendly atmosphere they have and you get to see the same people they must like their job. but yeah you ask him. don’t put a cucumber in there. tomato or more chocolate on your cone. they do it they don’t. oh it’s extra money. good people there. it’s a good McDonald’s and I’ve been many of them all over the world

Ordered through the app for counter pick up and my order was ready, soda and all, when I arrived. Great. I get back to work and find that the soda is a diet my and triple cheese burger has no meat in it (I did order it to only have 2 meats). I call in to the store to let them know, after he tells me he doesn’t know because there are lots of orders, he tells me they can only offer to replace it, no refunds, so he wrote me down to get a triple cheese on my next visit, I let him know I’d like them to replace my combo because the soda I received was wrong too. He proceeded to tell me sodas are self serve like I’m some type idiot. I let him know the soda was already served ready to go when I got there. Gives me a little bit of the run around when I go to confirm hes writing me down for the whole combo, assuming my Name’s written down in a rinky dink composition book, I ask for his name and he goes radio silent, I hang up and call back and he said he doesn’t have to give it out… which I kind of get but I was only asking so if they try to say they dont know about it I can say I spoke to whoever, ask for his initials, anything? And he just says he wrote it down. Ask for the Store manager, Gustavo confirms they have it written down.
Its fast food so I expect perfection, but I also don’t think its called for to make a customer feel like and idiot for calling out their mistake.

Brutal drive through service. Didn’t have: smoothie or spoons(!), but waited until window to tell us. Gave one snack wrap but not other, told to wait. Never prepared it — had to go in to get it. Forgot chicken nuggets and second big Mac. Just awful, awful,awful service. Second time with wrong order from drive through.

Unhappy with my experience at the Lone Hill McDonald’s. Dirty tables in the player delayed food orders for a simple four-piece nugget. Happy meal and a Big Mac. Side of Big Mac sauce missing and out of the toy for the Happy meal. So I’ll suck yeah and incorrect order is the reason for the rating.

Food was hot and fast once we got to the window but the wait time prior was about 12 mins sitting in the drive thru waiting to order. The bathroom was clean, not annoyed by the service, which usually happens at a drive thru. It’s good to go.

This McDonald’s is unique due to its dining area. The dining area is made of a caboose. Very long dining area. Pretty cool. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s like that. Just be aware of the homeless laying outside the restaurant. It’s not the best way to welcome travelers.

First off it’s clean. You know what you’re going to get , say they have stores in different states. Here’s a quick tip to get the freshest sandwich, ask for extra sauce or lettuce. They need to make to order. Hot and fresh. Enjoy
