Awful customer service. Waited 20 mins for my order to be ready only to get home and find out my fries are soggy and dripping with oil. Absolutely disgusting! I have also found hair in my food in the past and got no apology from anyone, just an awkward stare.

Please please please do not order from here! There was hair in my food, specifically my fries. Clearly this came from a worker as the hair is Hispanic curly and I’m a black Woman with coily hair. Breakfast biscuit maker is on point. Most McDonald’s have hockey pucks for biscuits. This one was light and airy and reminiscent of something you’d get down south. The hashbrown was crisp and not drowned in oil. This place was so much better than other McDonald’s.

That McDonald’s has me so disappointed. I always order my coffee, extra vanilla and they always give it to me so bitter, that I think that even the most bitter thing is their life is too much. I went to complain twice and you told me that they did put extra vanilla in it when I try it and it’s not true, they really should change the staff and make them a little more friendly, not like those people they have in the morning that when you say something to them and they get mad at you. Wow, what a disappointment.
