My wife and I were in charge of planning and hosting a retirement celebration for our pastor. The total number of guests was 77 people. We have never had a better private event experience at a restaurant than with Mimmos! It was incredible in every way. Mikey and his staff was so easy to work with and accommodating to ensure that we had the perfect event. The food was absolutely incredible and the room was beautiful. We were in the back room with the bar and the fireplace. They flexed with us as things changed without any difficulty at all. They even helped us clean up our own decorations that we brought as if it was no big deal. The feedback that we got from everyone who came to the celebration was incredible…they all loved it. If you need to have a private event with great food, atmosphere and service…this is your place.

We had 12 of us go there after a funeral for lunch/dinner. I haven’t been there in 10 years. Because I was not impressed. But after last week. I was very impressed! The appetizers where very good! The meal was amazing I had the veal parm with homemade pasta. We had so much food!! Everyone enjoyed it very much!! For 12 people it was $415. which is bad! And we had drinks!

This place is a great atmosphere, and I’ve been twice. The first time was about a year ago and my wife and I were happy with our meals. I remember the caprese being great.
Tonight, we went for our valentines dinner, and we were pretty disappointed. Our server (I believe his name was Corbin, he was new) was great. He was balancing a lot of tables but was doing well, polite, etc. We were happy with the weekly special that included a $10 bottle of wine with the order of two entrees.
The issue was the food. I know it’s a busy night and I know how it is to work in a kitchen where you are slammed start to finish, but this food tasted microwaved. I had the seafood risotto, which I would give a 6 out of 10. The scallops were good. My wife had the short rib ravioli however, and that was awful. Way undercooked, chewy ravioli (sign of frozen ravioli) and awful, flavorless sliced mushrooms. Short ribs are forgiving, so the meat wasn’t awful, but I feel very frustrated paying $35 for that.
Again, this was a very busy night, so take this all with a grain of salt, but I feel like Valentine’s is a day to step up.
We will come back, because we live nearby and it’s a nice bar, but I will not be back for anything more than drinks and a burger/dessert.

PLEASE COME HERE. I literally have no complaints other than probably no napkins given until asked lol. It’s my second time visiting PA and I decided to come eat here with my boyfriend on a whim. I was shocked at how delicious and price friendly the food was. The food was to die for seriously. The service was so quick and our waiter was very calming. We arrived in less than an hour before closing and was in and out with proper service before closing without being rushed. I genuinely loved this place and I want to return again a million times over. I didn’t even know it was known as one of america’s best restaurants but I for sure knew it deserved that rating. 1000/10!

Great food and service. Kim was a terrific waitress. They did a beautiful job with remodeling, it has been a long time since we were here since family moved away from the area. This would be a great place for a get together or a romantic dinner. We had Chicken Alfredo, Chicken steak wrap, bisque, and fries.

Fantastic. Homemade noodles were a suprise. They are great unlike most I had at other places. Nice Italian music. Not too loud. Good lighting. Not overly bright. Nice dim lighting but still able to see menu. Great real Italian food.

EXCELLENT! We ordered so many appetizers that tasted WAY better than their descriptions. We finished them all, too.
I ordered a strawberry spinach salad for my dinner, which, by the way, was just enough for me.
Lastly, I had an Old Fashioned for my dessert.
Alexa was an entertaining and VERY pleasant server. DEFINITELY would come back again!

The food and atmosphere were excellent as well as the service. The chicken Marsala and the homemade pasta were excellent and the chicken wings were cooked to perfection. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back in the future. Our waitress, Felicia was very attentive, informative and she knew the menu very well.
