We sat down to eat around 6 PM on a Saturday and it was not crowded and very peaceful and welcoming.
Their customer service is absolutely fantastic and very helpful with this being our first time here and I couldn’t say enough great things. Being a local to the area we are very happy this is so close by.
10/10 will definitely come back soon! Thank you!
The food from Bolay was absolutely excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our company team was impressed not only with the quality of the dishes but also with the care and precision in the delivery. Everything arrived on time, perfectly packed, and ready to serve, which made a big difference for our event.
It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, kindness, and dedication as seamlessly as you do. Chris, you made this catering experience exceptional from start to finish, and I truly appreciate your efforts in making sure everything turned out perfectly. Thank you for representing Bolay with such excellence — you’ve set the bar high for customer service.
I did notice several empty bowls that customers had left after eating. It wasn’t the greatest first impression.
The restaurant does a brisk business and the servers are efficient in preparing each bowl. We ordered the small which included a choice of white rice, black beans and one other base. Two sides are included. We both chose mushrooms and Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes for the two veggies and lemon and teriyaki chicken. There is a choice of dressings. Ours was more like a ranch.
The servers were careful to apply gloves but I did not see any hair nets and some of the female servers had long hair.
The price is right: $9.99 for a filling bowl. We would return to another Bolay restaurant.
