My wife ordered a standard iced caramel macchiato. We have no clue what she actually got. Had some hints of gingerbread cookie, some caramel. If 2 drinks cost $15, please make what is ordered and don’t come up with mystery drinks.

Very dull atmosphere, these are not the two ladies that should be opening your store this morning. I did a mobile order, went into the store, sorry cup of coffee sitting there however the coffee didn’t have my name on it it had the name YUM.. so I asked the young lady who is this she said oh that’s just the name we normally put on coffees I say no ma’am it’s not, so I give her my name and she tell me it’s mine. I grabbed the coffee it’s horrible. Really simple. Fresh brew coffee steamed 1/2 in heavy cream, steamed extra hot, three scoops of vanilla bean powder… Very simple, coffee was lukewarm, I addressed the issue she tells me it’s as hot as it can get I say no ma’am I order one of these everyday. So I had to suggest to her, nobody likes cold coffee, if they did they would get an ice coffee. Simply stain your milk extra hot with vanilla pean powder in it. Simply for that extra hot cream into the cup of coffee, that’s simple. They both gave attitude and act like they didn’t want to be at work. I own a couple of 18 wheelers. Just imagine if my drivers did not want to deliver any type of product to these stores on time. You guys should find somebody who really want to up the store. Coffee is the first thing some people grab every day. You need smiling happy faces to greet your clients, this may not be the job for them, maybe put them on the second shift give them some time to wake up and be receptive to customers needs

Over 20 locations in 15 different states. the crew was pretty much dead-on for good customer service and making the drinks right. My espresso and then I pickle my own eggs that go great with coffee.

Coffee is good when it’s made right. I always get a different coffee when I go there and order the same thing. Sadly, the staff is a little argumentative when you try to explain the coffee is made differently every time . (Pumpkin spice latte add brown sugar syrup and line the cup with caramel…)

I just stop here and ordr ice matcha .. as u can see how much ice she added seriously after two sips i was literally getting taste of ice . Common it doesn’t mean if someone asking for ice matcha or any other ice drink , you will add that much ice .
