The staff was nice and pleasant! The booth that we were sitting at looked like it had leaks, streaks coming down the wall.
We went there for lunch today, there was about maybe three couples in there, Including ourselves. For 2 people, it costs me $52.00 dollars. This is with me keeping it completely honest. The food tasted old & It wasn’t even hot, it was semi luke warm. I didn’t see them change any of the food. It looks like they were waiting until the whole pan was cleared before they would add more in.
The egg rolls tasted, like it had chopped up meat from a couple days ago, wrapped into an egg roll wrap and fried. The crab was fried but it was fried so hard that you couldn’t even get none of the crab meat out. The fried fish was fried, but was dry as hell. Whatever kind of liquid butter they had tasted like straight oil with some weird stuff of the bottom, no thank you! Definitely will end up in the bathroom.Eating the liquid butter. To top it off, everything seemed super oily, and that can be a disaster to some people’s stomach.
The only thing that seemed fresh would be the salad bar with the fruits and vegetables and the sushi. The sushi was great loved it.
For me this wasn’t worth the $25+ a person at 12:00pm. I called ahead to check how much it would cost per person.I was quoting $21 and somehow, I end up paying $52. Total, but for 2 people. If I’m gonna spend that much money on a buffet, I’d rather go to the feast cause I know that everything is fresh tastes good. Not overcooked that’s just my honest opinion.

I came here to pick up a shipping package, and I also took the opportunity to try the food. I arrived around 7 PM, and it wasn’t very crowded that day. The food was delicious, especially the crab, which was very fresh and prepared in two ways: one fried and the other stir-fried with spices. The restaurant owner and staff were very friendly. My home is a bit far from here, but as the saying goes, “good wine needs no bush,” so I will definitely come back next time I’m in the area!

Kent Super Buffet is pretty good. When I called, the gentleman who answered the phone said it was $23.99. So, my wife and I headed straight from Tacoma to try it out. For two of us, we paid $56.78. When I asked the owner, and said it’s 23.99 per person, right? He said, “Yes, plus tax.” It appears that he charged $8.80 in tax. There have to be some additional charges in there. That’s okay, but I wish he had itemized the receipt so we know.
It’s our first time eating here, and the food is fresh, especially the steamed/ boiled head-on shrimp and the crawfish. The lobster claws are good, except they gave us one crab cracker to crack the claws. The lobster claw was so hard it bent the device.
The server did not come by to refill our drinks, but there was a lady who came by and picked up our plates. She does not serve the drinks.

The food was mid at best. I found hairs that were not my own in three of the things I picked up to try. The environment is sketchy. Feels dirty, feels old, like late 70s early 80s old, with that level of grime in the nooks and crannies. Only one ‘server’ and while she was attentive, she really didn’t want to be. This is one of those places you go to when you don’t care if you have a blow out the same day, cheaper than a colon cleanse at the health stores though.

Updated: I just went again on August 22, 2019 and they’ve made some improvements in presentation of the food. The food quality seemed a little better (or I got there when some of the pans had been refreshed. Some of the other reviews questioning the quality of the food boggle my mind. I love the food here. Price is reasonable, especially if you go for lunch ($12.00).
Love this place. I go at least once every 2 weeks, if not every week. The staff are friendly and attentive. The price is great for the variety of food they have. Sometimes some of the dishes may sit out a bit long, but I see them refilling the selections frequently.

Super great value and service for $22! Zero complaints. I haven’t been to an Asian buffet in years and this place had a lot of great seafood. Sure, some of the hot dishes weren’t perfect but the hibachi grill beats it all.
I’d gladly come again when I’m next in the area.
