Had a good visit on March 7, 2026 around 2:00pm. Service was very slow after placing food order. The food however was extremely hot and fresh. The best Whopper and fries I’ve had surprisingly. I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised.

Got here around 1pm and it was pretty slow. In fact, there were only 2 customers besides us. Keep in mind that October is a slow month here, not like summer when it’s packed. Service was good and fast. The food was also good. The restaurant was very clean and had a lot of parking. The only negative I have is that sometimes the associates were all out back instead of near the counter. The few customers they did have had to wait for an associate to come to the counter if they needed some help.
UPDATE: Visited again a week later at about the same time. This time service was much better! Aria, the casher took our orders and got the food to us right away. The restaurant was not busy, but there were at least 3 clerks who were either wiping down the tables or mopping the floor. I have to say that this is one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest, fast food restaurants we have been in awhile.

I had a great experience at this BK today. The chicken sandwich my husband and I bought around 4:30PM was perfect. Bread was warm, chicken cooked to perfection and perfect amount of Mayo! We eat chicken sandwiches on the regular from BK and this was by far the best we have ever had. Thank you for your effort!

The other one-star reviews give a pretty good picture of this place. I hope the employees don’t take it personally, but there is an unclean feel to this place. Example: A ketchup packet must have leaked in their box of ketchup packets, but they continue to give out the other ketchup packets that have dried old ketchup on it. The bulk ketchup dispenser in the lobby looked gross. Even though they seem to clean, it’s just not clean.
The employees do yell at each other like family it is a little uncomfortable.
There’s another Burger King located 10 minutes east, near Old Town, that is better.

This is a very sad story. I’m 63 and have experienced a lot through my life, but this was very rear and sad!
My son and I are working next to the Burger King for the last four weeks. We have been repairing, and repainting the gift shop store next to it. As we’ve been there I’ve gone next-door to the Burger King and bought food and use the restroom periodically as was the case this evening. I bought food earlier and I use the bathroom evidently three times as I was told during this situation. Anyway I came back over before it closed and the doors were locked. And was met by a young man at the bathroom door which he had just locked. So I asked him if you would please open it because I need to use it, and he said no. Then he said I’ve seen you’ve been over here three times, not understanding why that mattered I asked again I really need to use it please open the door. He walked away and refused to even acknowledge me any further, so I asked for the manager. The manager was actually preparing a meal for a couple that were standing there with us at the Countertop and she seeing and hearing everything told me no that the inside was closed. ( previously about a hour before this young woman had taken my order and served it to me ). So it’s closed? But you’re still serving food as all five of us are standing there. ( even the couple didn’t understand and looked at them like why, and I asked again ) I’m asking if you would please let me use the restroom, I have to go to the bathroom really bad. She said no we’re closed. The first thing that came to mind is and I don’t agree with it is that you’re not purchasing anything there for we have no obligation to let you use our bathroom. When a senior citizen is denied access to relieve themselves we have come to a very disconnected society. Please see my receipt below.

Maria was very unprofessional and should not be a manager if she doesn’t know how to work her system. We ordered here because my daughter received an award from school. She refused to honor it because she said there is a new system and she doesn’t know how to comp the kids meal. Instead of asking if I wanted my order still she just walked off. The staff member at the window was no better and I ended up just canceling my order. I’d rather not patronize a business like this.

They closed 20min early than it’s stated online and on their doors. We sat there looking at the menu for 3mins just trying to figure out what we wanted… they come on the mic all of a sudden and they told us they were closed. So we assumed we could drive on through but yet there was 2 other cars being served (1 we watched order before we pulled up) … so why was we told they was closed but can serve 2 others?? Then they have no way to exit so we was trapped waiting and eventually had to carefully back our SUV the entire way out the drive through. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! If you are closed, then you shouldn’t be taking other people RIGHT before us. Rude.

Worst ever. My order was wrong waited over 30 minutes for my drive through order. I waited in my car the ordered was never delivered. I had to go in. My burgers were in the warmer. They forgot my fries. For thus 2 burgers I paid 27.00. Never again
