I wish I could get ZERO stars!
Every single table inside was “Reserved” & we were relegated top the kid area. Some of the tables didn’t even have a person sitting there. This was some BS and I was wholly unaware of this practice of reserving tables. Besides this nonsense, so many other things went wrong at this place. The absolute worst McDonald’s location that I have ever visited.
1. RESERVED = “Reserved” tables and nowhere to sit except in a noisy kid area. Is this standard practice? If so- since when?
2. FOOD NOT READY/ THEN HIDDEN BEHIND COUNTER = Placed an order before even arriving at this location via Mobile App and arrived at the restaurant and my food was still not ready after waiting a good 15 minutes. We had to go up to the counter and ask where our food was. (The confirmation I got said ready in about 2-5 minutes?!) Staff was extremely RUDE! Guess where our order was sitting??? It wasn’t in the Mobile Order section to be picked up. It was BEHIND the counter. Why?? And how long was it there??
3. RUDE STAFF = Had 2 Happy Meals in our order and the one with nuggets I selected Honey Mustard sauce online. Well, there was no sauce in the bag. I went to the counter again to grab some and the staff member started to hand me 2 sauces. Well, her female superior stepped in told her NO. She said I could only have ONE sauce packet per Happy Meal?! Coincidentally, there was a sweet customer standing in line that overheard our conversation and said, “Ma’am, I happen to have one and you can have ours because my daughter won’t eat it.”She took it out of her MacDonald’s bag and handed the sauce to me. I took it and thanked her as we rolled our eyes about the ridiculousness of this very rude staff!
4. DISGUSTING PLAY AREA = My 2 grandsons went to play in the play area while waiting for our food. (I didn’t know this location even had a play area & so we were pleasantly surprised!) My grands are ages 8 and 5. The 5-yr old came down from this jungle gym thingy and said, “Grammy, it’s disgusting because there is vomit up there.” I called my older grandson down from the play area and he also confirmed this and said the bad smell was strong. I made them leave and wash up so no vomit would get on them. Uggg.
5. DATE = My family visited this location yesterday evening on 12/30/2025. I will probably never visit this location again. I hope they do better!!

This is the McDonald’s I did like the best and come to on a very regular basis. This lady is a new lady here and she’s decided she was going to give me a problem retrieving my families orders. Myself husband and daughter ordered biscuits this morning and when trying to pick them up at the counter I asked for the orders telling the numbers of the orders. I was told I had to tell the names. I said our names. She picked up the three orders up which I have already seen is ours. She started to walk towards to me to hand me the orders then shrugged her shoulders and decided to go put the orders back and face them backwards hiding the numbers. Playing a game now officially she’s all attitude foot to the side you got a tell the names she said. I said yes the three orders you just had in your hands about to hand me names numbers and you decided to put back and face backwards instead of hand me our orders. Hand me one order. I repeat the other two orders names numbers. She hands me one more. Again repeat the other order name number. She hands me the last order. The entire time she’s acting with full attitude and what seems to be amusement. My husband went in to get jelly for our daughter and couldn’t get help also witnessing the lady giving other customers a hard time. This lady needs to be replaced fast. The longer she’s here the more customers this place is going to lose and it’ll be fast going this way.
This is her she decided to come outside while I was making this review.

I’ll start off with the fact that I really don’t eat at McDonald’s very often, but when I do it’s always for their fruit smoothie and/or breakfast. The last few times I have come & gotten the pineapple-mango smoothie I’m consistently disappointed at this fact. It never used to be how it was! I order a large & each time it’s only the amount of about a medium. WHY?? If you’re going to be shady like this at least reduce the cup size so it’s not so obvious. The smoothie itself is pretty good, more sugar than it needs but not a deal breaker. But this deliberate reduction in product but charging full price is just shady.

The service here is terrible. They take way too long to serve the food, and the restaurant is completely dirty. It seems like this location does not understand the standards of this franchise. I do not recommend this McDonald’s at all.

The manager did a great job with my order. Looks like her and her team were dealing with a rude customer. However they all were very professional, all had positive attitudes. Brenda, great great job with your customer service. We will be back thanks to her!

I’m extremely disappointed in the management at this location. Children’s safety should always come first, and that was not the case during my visit.
There were homeless individuals and people who appeared to be under the influence inside the children’s area. One man had an entire Pizza Hut book spread across the table, while another man was visibly coming down from a high. At one point, a knife was even pulled out — something I didn’t notice unttil nother person made eye contact with me to alert me.
This environment did not feel safe for children at all. Management should be monitoring who is allowed in family/kids spaces and ensuring it remains secure.
Due to this experience, I will not be returning.

Worst McDonald’s location. Managers should be ashamed of themselves.
Food came out missing my burger, burger came and it was wrong, no condiments for the nuggets, had to go back, happy meal was incomplete, had to go back.
Manager didn’t seem to care that they couldn’t get the order correct.

I really hate this location! Was given old meat for breakfast, sent it back WHY DID THEY PUT THAT SAME MEAT ON GRILL FLIP IT OVER PUT CHEESE ALL OVER IT AND BROUGHT IT BACK OUT TO CAR! They all work together im sick of it!! Do better!!!! People are paying their money for FRESH FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again
