I would like to share feedback regarding my recent visit to Sonic. I ordered chicken strips, and the food I received was overcooked and burnt, which made it inedible. In addition, the team member who assisted me did not demonstrate the level of courtesy and professionalism I would expect. This combination of poor food quality and subpar customer service was very disappointing. I value Sonic as a brand, but this experience did not reflect the standards I associate with your company. I hope this matter is addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Second review about their customer support department 8/10/24:
Spoke with their sham of a customer support resolution department and they gave the run around, HA their resolve was to give me 2 free sonic cheese burgers with a purchase. I have attached all of the conversations with these dumb folks!! No resolve and the customer does not matter!!

I ordered with my mobile app and when I arrived I was unable to check in. I pushed the button to let them know. Fifteen minutes go by. Mobile app says my food is ready but no one has brought it out. I push the button again. Whoever answered got an attitude and told me it would be right out. Another 10 minutes goes by before Janna brings me my $15 (+ the tip!) worth of cold, hard cheese sticks and watered down drinks. She tosses it at me like it’s garbage. After it’s been sitting on the counter for half an hour it pretty much is. It wasn’t a complicated order and it wasn’t busy. I wanted to send it back but didn’t want to waste anymore time.

I can go to every sonic in the United States and never have an issue checking in to pick up a mobile app except this particular location. I have dealt with corporate called them told them and obviously that does no good which I know they’re gonna reply to this post and say if you wanted to escalated to the store, call this number blah blah blah, which has already been done and nothing comes of it. People order mobile so that they can get their items when they pull in And then when you call the store because that’s the only way you can get anybody to come and help you because they see you sitting in one of the mobile pick up stalls and they obviously know that check-in doesn’t work and no one comes and asked what your name is or anything but when you call, they answer the phone and act annoyed that you called. The owner of this location needs to fix the issue.

Every time I have been here they have messed up my order so badly. The food here tastes god awful compared to other locations too. The staff act like they have no idea what they are doing. Bro legit took my food today and took off the stuff that wasn’t supposed to be in it and added the stuff that was supposed to be on it and called it a day. Last time I checked no fast food restaurant is supposed to take the food back. Won’t be back ever again. I’m tired of giving this trash place a chance.

I paid over 3 bucks for a hot fudge sundae X3! Not a bowl of ice cream with a cup that was barely drizzled with chocolate syrup! I didn’t ask for drizzled cups of cold chocolate! I asked for a HOT fudge sundae! I should’ve just ordered a cone and saved 5 bucks! Never again will I even eat ice cream from sonic!

Lexington Sonic could improve. They often get the order wrong. Food quality is so so. Their fountain drinks are always good, breakfast is usually good, and their ice cream is usually good. And if your doggy friend is with you, ask for a pup cup.

I placed my order and forgot to add onions and the manager said she will ask them to add them but instead of adding the onions to the wraps they put the onions in small containers instead honestly that shows laziness and the wraps are not wrapped correctly to company standards….

Me and my husband both work pretty late in the night so once in a while we go to sonic to get some dinner and it has never been like this. The person that answered the screen was very rude and talking fast. I was ordering for two people so two orders and two slushes for our drinks added the coconut cream. As I was trying to talk and explain my order the woman kept repeatedly asking “anything else, is that it?” When I would not even be done with the one meal. She was pretty rude and I did not even want to order anything else because she just kept getting more snappy. We then waited for our order and when it came out the carhop walked to the vehicle handed our food and then we were missing our ranch so my husband reached out to ask for some and she just abruptly talked over him saying “ have a good day” and walked away. It’s disappointing that around this location they have to hire these kind of people. I wish the team members knew how they sound to customers.
