Where do I begin? Well, this location is a prime example of what Dunkin’ should NOT continue to do. Unfriendly staff, can’t handle busy or “stressful” situations. The food is mediocre at best, and the donuts are mushy. I chose this place because it was conveniently located along the holiday parade route in the city. And why does Google force you to choose at least one star, this location deserves a no star review.
I guess it was our fault that the girl forgot one of our donuts; she quickly grabbed the bag and tossed the donut in, almost forcefully. Thanks for the now-smooshed chocolate and chocolate-covered apple fritter.
She made us feel like an inconvenience to her day, and barely spoke up. Nobody called out order numbers for drinks, etc., as the amount of drinks and food being pumped out onto the counter was overwhelming. It was the customers’ job to verify what drinks and food were theirs.
Breakfast sandwiches were completely cold. (Between finding our food on the counter and where we walked to eat was maybe 5 minutes.) not even residual heat.
The drinks were terrible; are we just drinking syrup? I didn’t witness how they were made, but deng. We tossed them
I would never revisit this location; your employees have sealed what shows to be your standard of service. Where’s Yum Yum! when you need ’em?

It was amazing. I walked in and they were happily chatting with each other, and I had to ask or are you open? I’m so accustomed to outstanding service in this area. The main room clearly needed a little extra cleanup. For any other town, this would be standard service but here I’ve gotten spoiled with outstanding service and most places.

All the staff was nice except for the manager with glasses. He does not know how to speak to customers. He has zero personality which is fine but he comes across as pompous. I grew up across the street and haven’t been there in over decade. I will not be going back.

I am an Uber driver, and I stopped in to get somebody else’s order. And told Stephanie how tired I was. And she hooked me up with an iced coffee. That was very much needed, because when I deliver, I don’t eat or drink. And I just keep going like a robot, so shout out to her. She a real one.

Every Tuesday the manager responsible for opening this store on time is late. It is currently 4:07am and no one has helped me or the person in front of me. We have been waiting in the drive thru now for 7 minutes past opening time with no service. If you are supposed to open at 4am then service needs to be available at that time. It is super inconvenient for the individuals that have to be to work early. A lot of times on Tuesday I can’t even get my coffee because there is no one available and I don’t want to be late for work. This should be resolved soon because it’s very annoying. This won’t be the first time I’ve complained either! So I just now left this establishment at 4:11 AM and still no one was there to service any of the customers that were in line at the point that I left there was three cars in the drive-through waiting for service. It’s absolutely ridiculous to run an establishment and not open at the time that you say you’re gonna be open and then there’s individuals in there and they will not help you. They will wait until the gentleman who is responsible for opening that store arrives before anyone is allowed to receive any service. It’s ridiculous.

Highly disappointed. My daughter ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant via app. The woman gave her an attitude when she went to pick it up and said they had no croissants and wasn’t sure what to put it on so didn’t make the order. She finally offered her a bagel. She came home and her bacon was barely cooked (very floppy) and couldn’t eat it. She had to heat the bacon in the microwave for it to be cooked enough to eat. This isn’t the first time experiencing this. We thought before maybe it was just due to lots of customers, but nope. Guess we won’t be going back to this one.

i’ve been waiting so long in this line i quite literally had time to write this review. WHY YALL TAKE LONG! i need to pee so bad (sorry TMI) but i’m so serious waiting 45+ mins in a drive thru is absolutely insane. We need a way to go around the other cars because i’m STUCK here
