I visited Waffle House and had a good breakfast experience. I ordered scrambled eggs, raisin toast, grits, and also tried waffles, hash browns, and sunny side up eggs with toast. The food came out hot and fresh, the waffles were fluffy with just the right sweetness, and the hash browns were crispy and golden. The service was quick and friendly, and the place had the classic Waffle House atmosphere. Overall, I give it 4 stars because everything was tasty and enjoyable, and I would definitely come back again for another meal.

The food and service were just great. I had not been to a Waffle House before but tried it out and wasn’t disappointed. No fights or chair flinging so I wonder if that is an extra service?

Me and my girlfriend came here to eat around 6pm. The staff was super sweet, and they were decently busy. They took our orders immediately, and our food arrived within 5-7 minutes. Not only did the food come quick, but it also tasted wonderful. Our waitress checked on us frequently and was super kind. On the way out, the waitress offered my girlfriend a root beer for the road and this made my girlfriend incredibly happy. Me and my girlfriend sat in the parking lot waiting for her father to pick her up and my girlfriend finished my root beer. My girlfriend went back inside to see if she could get a refill (we left the restaurant 30 mins prior) and the staff gave her a refill with no extra charge. The joy on my girlfriend’s face made my day. This Waffle House location is incredible and this was an amazing experience.

I have had a Google account for many years at this point, I eat outside twice a week. Yet this is the first time I’m leaving ANY review on a place.

Our group of 7 just had the most infuriating visit to this Waffle House, and it was ALL because of our rude, lazy server Lisa. Seriously, avoid this place if she’s working.

We sat there forever waiting for her to even bother coming over to take our order. Drinks showed up way too late, she forgot that we even ordered a coke until we had to remind her multiple times. And when the food finally came (after waiting what felt like an eternity), half of it was stone cold. The hash browns felt like I’m eating potato chips. Then she straight-up forgot part of our order and had the nerve to deny it when we called her out! She wouldn’t give us the item we paid for even though it was on our ticket and paid for? If we run the cameras I’m sure we can sue but who has the time for that.

She wouldn’t let us sit where we wanted either – we tried splitting into two booths like normal people do for a party of 7, but no, she made us cram together in the same area and even forced another big group into one tiny booth. To top it off, when she brought waters, she slammed them down on a completely different table and made us all each get up and grab them ourselves. Lazy and disrespectful??

The whole time she was neglectful, rude, and acted like we were bothering her. And get this – after all that garbage service, she actually pressured us to tip! We were dead set on leaving nothing, and she still tried to guilt us into it. Unreal. In fact one of our members decided to show that the service was bad and only tipped $1 instead of 3-5 like the rest of us. And Lisa had the nerve to look at him and shake her head and sigh?

This was hands-down the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. We’ll never step foot in this location again as long as Lisa is there. Management needs to do something about her ASAP – she’s driving customers away!

Our experience at this Waffle House was absolutely dreadful. Our waiter, Lisa, completely neglected our table. We had to wait for a table to come before she even took our order. Our drinks arrived extremely late. The wait time for our food was understandable, but everything was cold. To make matters worse, she forgot a part of our order and denied it when we asked. She also refused to let us sit where we wanted. Instead, she forced a table of six to sit in one booth and told us to move when we tried sitting in two booths. When serving us water, she put it on the table across from us and made us get up and get it. There were so many things that were either off or unacceptable. I will never return to this Waffle House location as long as Lisa is working there. At the end she also somewhat forced/pressured us to tip even though we were pretty set on not tipping due to her bad service.

Staff were interactive with customers with a professional meanor and polite. The food was made fast and fresh. Both times I went there, Mrs. Deb, Lisa and Meglend had a great personality, I would recommend anyone to stop by and try the hashbrowns smothered and covered.

We ended up at this location after going to another location and not being acknowledged. Everyone greeted us when we walked in. We picked a spot and we were set up and orders taken. Food didn’t take long. The only complaint I can say is the grits where thick and overcooked. Otherwise everything else was on point. Kids were happy and that’s what mattered

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Waffle House. I went for dinner with my boyfriend at around 7pm. First of all, nobody spoke to us when we walked in. The cook looked us right in the eyes even and didn’t say a word which should’ve been an indicator of how the night was going to go. The server took maybe 5-10 minutes to get to us, and we went ahead and ordered right away since we already knew what we wanted. My boyfriend had the bacon egg and cheese hashbrown bowl with country gravy and a waffle, I had the chicken hashbrown melt and a waffle. There were only two other people in there besides us – one of whom walked out due to the wait – so you would think our food would come out in a timely manner, but the wait was so long after we placed our order that we considered walking out ourselves. Maybe it wouldn’t have been as long if the server and the cook weren’t busy arguing between each other but that seemed to be the only form of communication they knew. It was silent between them otherwise, apart from the cook begging for the manager (I can only assume she was the manager, as she was the only one there taking charge of anything and it appeared to be her day off since she’d only popped in for a couple minutes) to take him home.
We’d gotten our food after maybe 35 minutes give or take a few, and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. My boyfriend didn’t get his country gravy on his bowl which the manager took off our bill, but he also didn’t get his waffle which was not comped. And the cook put bacon in my chicken bowl – I’m not one to complain about bacon, but from a food service perspective and having worked in a restaurant for a long time myself, they’re lucky I’m not someone that can’t eat bacon or pork due to religious reasons or an allergy or something because that could very easily be a lawsuit and I think it’s worth mentioning in case management sees this. We finished eating, I had to ask the server as we were paying for a to go box for my waffle and he was apologetic for the wait and said “it wouldn’t be as long next time”, but between the cook’s bad attitude/unfriendliness/very clearly not wanting to be there (I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what and I wanted so bad to give him the benefit of the doubt, but it’s so unprofessional to act that way in eye/earshot of your customers, that’s customer service 101) and our order being messed up like that after having to wait so long when they weren’t even busy, I doubt we’ll be back.

FYI… Watch the Cooks there… I sat at the bar and watched one of their cooks handle raw bacon and with same gloves still on touch refrigerator handles, spatulas, plates, then dig into the fresh onions and tomatoes to make a sandwich… Next, same gloves the whole time, pulled out a head of lettuce to prep for the line… then put someone’s waffle in a to-go container… He even texted with them… I think it must be the way he operates… After a few more minutes, I left and he probably still has those gloves on…. Wearing gloves to cook sucks, but hey food poisoning for the patrons is no fun and for some, like the elderly or immune-compromised, it can lead to hospitalization, possibly worse… Dude, change your gloves or do everyone a favor and just go find something else to do….

Even for Waffle House seems kinda crazy to allow the cook to sleep in the both during his shift. Wish I could get paid to sleep!

Every both was dirty and I had to sit at the low bar just to have a clean place to eat.

If I could leave a 5 star review just for the server I would. He took my order, cooked my food and was trying to keep the restaurant clean.

Leaving 1 star to get management’s attention that they have a lazy cook riding their clock and overworking their other staff.
